This home was clean and nicely decorated. It was spacious with a large private deck. It is a close walk to beach access, however the beach is quite wide in this part of Avon. So, you’ll need to walk a few minutes in dry sand. For us, that made it a inconvenient to bring chairs and umbrellas. But otherwise, very nice!

My wife and I spent a week here just after Christmas. This little tastefully updated cottage makes the best of its three bedroom layout. The 3 rooms are separated by the 2 bathrooms with a perfect common kitchen / dining / living space for our needs. The decor was above average with a 50’s modern feel featuring sturdy functional furniture. The master bed had a firm mattress with mild pillow top that was just right. A couple outlets weren’t working so we had to be creative with out door electric grill. We lucked out with a week of 70 degree days. We loved the privacy of the old growth trees and shrubs. We will definitely stay here again.

The check-in was easy, the house was clean and attractively decorated. It was well provisioned in the kitchen and laundry rooms. We loved the location. It was easy to get to, but hidden away enough so that we didn't have to see the road. A nice, quiet vacation spot with easy access to the beach. Loved our stay!

Beautiful home. It was updated perfectly. Very comfortable. This home has all the amenities. The kitchen is well stocked and organized. Great location with easy access to the beach. Love and appreciate being able to bring our dog as well. Only suggestions for improvements would be a gate at the stairs on the deck for young children and dog safety and checking the hot water thermostat since it wasn’t possible to take a hot shower (warm water only) during our stay. Highly recommend this home for a small family. ❤️

Good ammount of space I assumed it was on the water and wasnt. My two boys enjoyed the porche area.
