Overall we enjoyed our stay at this home. The layout of the home is a little awkward (you have to access one of the bedrooms via another bedroom) but there is plenty of seating both inside and on the lanai. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. No deep water access on the canal but we did rent kayaks. The kitchen has been updated but the rest of the home was fairly outdated, however, it was clean so that was most important. Our only complaint were the mattresses and pillows. Very uncomfortable and need to be replaced desperately. Having access to the garage was nice to keep all of our beach gear. Washer and dryer are also in the garage so we were able to do laundry. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Loved the pool and lanai as well as the dock for fishing. Beds were comfy and house clean. Location was great for beaches and mini trips.

We had a great stay. The pool was very nice, house was clean. Nice to have bikes. Rented kayaks from Cape Coral kayak. The kitchen was well stocked. Thanks!

This was the perfect location for our trip! Our family of 8 had more than enough room at this house. There are 4 sets of sliding patio doors that open up to the screened in porch and pool area. The garage had fishing equipment, pool toys, canopy, bikes, lounge chairs, etc. Even though we didn't use them, having all the options was wonderful! There were also board games in the living room for use. Washer & Dryer were great options also. Stores, gas stations, anything you need was close by. This was the first airbnb type house we booked and would absolutely reccomend and use again! Had to call re: pool question and immediately was in contact with a human vs machine. This was a great experience & would definitely come back!
