Parking passes must be displayed at all times while vehicles are parked on the property. Parking passes must be returned to the unit at check-out or a charge of $50 per parking pass will be charged. Parking is first-come, first-served. The HOA does not allow boats, trailers, campers, RVs, scooters, or golf carts to be parked on the property at any time by rental guests. Towing can occur.
Water Access: The shared outdoor community pool is directly beside this building and visible from the screen porch/balcony. Guest uses key card to open pool gate for the group.
