This home has a moderately steep driveway that may become covered in snow during intense winter storms. Please park on the street or take care and use a suitably-equipped 4x4 vehicle to get into the driveway and garage during inclement weather. The HOA is responsible for snow clearing but if the area has experienced high snowfall, be prepared to park on the street or make your journey with the appropriate vehicle!
