The condo is in a beautiful spot by a stream and near a hiking trail. It's an easy drive to the Vail town center or simple to take the shuttle. The layout is nice as well.

However, the condo itself hasn't been updated in a very long time or well maintained. A few examples. There is a broken mirror in the master bedroom and two closets with holes in the doors. One of the bathrooms has a padded toilet seat which is cracked and thus holds all kinds of germs. The freezer leaks water onto the top shelf of the refrigerator. A lot of the kitchen drawers open very poorly.

There are also signs all over the parking lot about how parking permits are required or you may be towed and most cars had hang tags for the complex, but there were no permits anywhere in the unit that we could find and no one at Vacasa seemed to have any idea of where those should be. After multiple calls and emails, we were finally told that they'd never had a permit and they were sure it would be fine. That didn't inspire confidence. We weren't towed, but for that alone I wouldn't go back - it's not worth the stress, along with it being so poorly maintained.
