We (family and I) had a great time at Coastal Break during the week of Thanksgiving (2022). The condo had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Bedrooms are on the second floor and provide a quiet area for rest even if there is a little noise downstairs. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of space for all our clothes. There are two full bathrooms upstairs with showers and even though one of them had an exhaust vent/fan that didn't work, it wasn't too inconvenient. We enjoyed the quiet nights (not sure if the neighbors were at home or not – it was quiet. Perfect for a relaxing week at the beach). During the day we enjoyed long walks along the beach and the sidewalk on A1A. The neighborhood felt safe and it was fun looking at the multi-million dollar houses just down the street. This is a great place to stay! There is a nice ocean view from the living room (through the sliding glass door) and a full kitchen. The one downside to the place – it doesn’t have cable tv. We stream most everything we watch, well, except for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. We missed that one. Oh well. The week was relaxing and fun! I would definitely recommend this place.

AC worked great. Loved the location and the closet full of beach goodies available for use. Definitely needs updated beds. They were uncomfortable and very squeaky. If you moved at all, the other person was moving too. Many light switches didn't work and many lights didn't turn on. Has lots of items available in the kitchen but dinner plates were missing.

The unit was as it looked in the pictures. Was very clean and supplied with everything you needed. The only issue was, which was minor was we couldn’t get tv to work in master bedroom and some of the lighting didn’t work -either due to electrical issue or bulbs. Overall it was great and would use again.

This property was beautifully decorated & spotless clean. For me is all about location location location. Beautiful indoor amenities in the condo & fun private beach & pool that you can see from your own balcony! It invites you to go out all the time. It even gives me peace of mind to send my kids to the pool by themselves. I was happily surprised with complementary kitchen, laundry & bath products to get us kickstarted. No need to rush to the store & get an entire bottle of dishsoap for a few days. Having all the information provided on 1 email ahead of arrival made it all super easy. I am definitely coming back to this exact same condo. Thank you for everything!
