Ski View, Family-Friendly Condo with WiFi, Balcony, and Underground Parking

Take in views of the mountain and the ski area with a cup of hot cocoa on your private balcony at this family-friendly condo, where you'll find plenty of space and comfort to complete your ski vacation. The full kitchen is equipped with all of the essential cooking equipment (as well as additional touches like a wine rack), so you can enjoy any culinary project you choose to take on. Wind down with a show on the living room's Apple TV, or break out one of the provided board games or books for a night in. And every morning, you'll have the option to hop on the bus and enjoy an easy ride to the slopes.

What's nearby:
This condo is perfect for families who want to be close to activities but still enjoy a small mountain town atmosphere. Brian Head Resort is only half a mile away, so you'll still be able to hang out at the Mountain Bike Park or head to the chair lift with ease. Cedar Breaks National Monument is just over three miles away and offers beautiful views and trails to explore. If you're visiting during the warmer months, enjoy fishing for bass and trout in Brian Head Reservoir just under one mile away.

Things to know:
You will need to go up one flight of steps to enter the complex from either outside or the garage, and there is no elevator
Underground parking for one car
Access to a ski locker in the garage
The king bed in the master bedroom is an adjustable-base Sealy Ease 2.0
A double-size sofabed in the living room provides an extra sleeping space
You will need four-wheel drive or chains to get around during the winter months
There is no central air conditioning in this condo, but Brian Head rarely exceeds 78 degrees
*Brian Head is a relatively small mountain resort town located 10,000 feet above sea level. Altitude sickness may occur, so be prepared.
*It is recommended that you purchase most of your food, supplies, firewood, and gas before heading up the mountain. Vacasa will supply only the basics (toilet paper, soaps, paper towels, etc).

Parking Notes: There is one place available underground for parking. Other parking is first come first serve outside. You will need four wheel drive or chains to get around during the winter months.

This driveway is plowed by a private company, and we do not have the ability to ensure the immediate removal of accumulated snow. Please be aware of falling snow from rooftops. Vacasa is not responsible for damage to vehicles.

Water Access: Bristlecone Pond is Brian Head's newest edition. The pond sits in the heart of Brian Head and features a large pavilion (which can be reserved by contacting Town Hall) and several small pavilions, barbeque grills, campfire rings, and a playground. The pond is a hotspot for fishing, kayaking, swimming, and paddleboarding. Some folks do brave the chilly waters at 10,000 feet. Those who do are rewarded with a good workout and a fun story. We strongly urge swimmers to wear a life vest as the cold temperatures can make challenging conditions for even strong swimmers.

You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

Lovely little place. Comfortable bed and sheets. Very good shower. Great view and location. Stocked kitchen, just bring your own coffee grounds. Could not figure out how to use the fireplace but overall great place to stay.

Convenient access to state and national parks in SW Utah. Nicely furnished. Indoor parking. Great wifi. Has Keurig machine that was malfunctioning (wouldn't pierce bottom of cup), but if cups were pre-pierced, it worked fine. Lingering curry smell took some getting used to.
