This rental was very spacious, clean and updated. We have been to Bear Lake Reserve before and we’re so excited to find this rental available for our Fall Break vacation from Florida. We enjoyed the large master bedroom, spacious kitchen and living room area and relaxing back porch upstairs. We appreciated having the ability to do laundry. The only unfortunate thing was that the washer vibrated the entire wall in the master, so not advised to run it while sleeping. The location is nice and only a short drive to the clubhouse where the pool, restaurant and lake/beach area. You can rent a boat for a few hours so that was a fun thing to do. My only complaints about the house is that there needed to be more dishwasher tabs provided, more paper towels, there is no ice maker so you have to buy ice and the bedroom downstairs did not have a window treatment on it so the people close by next door would see you changing or you would wake up to a VERY bright room. We also wished there had been cable TV to watch football and kids networks but we made due with the streaming services they offered instead. Overall a great rental!

Modern, new duplex/townhouse with gorgeous kitchen. Close driving proximity to the Bear Lake Reserve Lake Club pool, beach, & resort. We had 6 adults & 2 kids and had plenty of beds, but the dining table only had 2 chairs and one bench seat (on one side of the table). The dining table needs a 2nd bench seat or chairs on the other side. Also, many maintenance issues: broken toilet seat & towel rod in upstairs master bathroom, nails popping up in wooden stairs, cable TV on main level didn't work.
Manager response:
Thank you for staying with us, Melanie. We are so happy you had a nice time overall but apologize for the details that were amiss. We are so sorry for the maintenance issues you experienced and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Both the toilet seat and the towel rod have been repaired and any nails found on the wooden stairs have been hammered down. All the televisions are now working as they should. We appreciate you letting us know there is room for improvement and we hope to have the chance to impress you in the future.
