The overall the condo is nice but there were a bunch of issues. There is no fire alarm in the master bedroom, which you would think would be code. We had to have the shower curtain replaced because of mold, that you would think it would be done before hand. The washing machine had mold on the edge which was disgusting. There were 5 total forks for a place that sleeps 6?? Main positive of the condo is it is on the 4th floor, which is a blessing because the elevators take forever.

The beach is absolutely packed behind the Shores of Panama and people are on top of each other. Finally the beach at night is great if you are 18-21, if you have a young family or just want to enjoy some evening cocktails on the beach, be aware that every night behind the Shores of Panama is a huge party that usually ends up in fights and the cops come every night and arrest kids for underage drinking. Fun to people watch but we will not be staying there ever again.

Please read all the reviews they are true . Weed smell all over all the time . Condo was so dirty . Washer and shower curtain had mildew all over it . The floors were gross . The furniture wasn’t bad the toilet broke . Bring your own plastic wear and silverware as they had none . We had issue with the toilets leaking and they had people who didn’t even work for the condo come in our room I had to leave my family snd sit in condo for a couple hours . Couldn’t be fixed . They caulked it snd left they were rude to us . Parking is a nightmare and be ready to hike the stairs whole time you are hear . Bring cleaning products because I couldn’t stay in it was dirty even had poo on the floor in master bathroom .

Maintenance has been dispatched to the home to address your concerns. We have replaced the shower liners and kitchen items are on order. We have confirmed that there is not any personal waste on floors or carpets as this unit is not pet-friendly. We enjoyed this unit very much. We were pleasantly surprised that the decor in this unit has been updated when compared to the pictures in the gallery. The bed in master bedroom is very firm, but I slept better during this trip than I have in a long time. The kitchen is well supplied with accessories for cooking needs. We counted off a star because the floor throughout was coated with a dirty film and your feet or socks get black if you go barefoot. Also the shower curtains have mildew and need to be washed. The washer is also in need of mildew removal. Shores of Panama itself is a party destination for young adults during peak season and we did not realize this. Each night they all come to their balconies for hooting and hollering and some go down for revelries on the beach at night. Luckily the balcony doors are mostly soundproof. The party people also leave their trash behind and the grounds keeping staff are not very attentive to this. If you are looking for quiet and family friendly, this is not the place. But unit 426 itself is a nice unit and with attention to the few details mentioned above it would have 5 stars.

very pleased! The condo is updated and very nice. Pool and beach access, as well as food/drink options poolside. Beach chairs available and many restaurants/activities near.

I loved the Condo itself, but the people at the front desk really suck!!! When they find out you booked through Vacasa, they act like you're from Mars! They were no help at all!
