My husband two dogs and I drove 5 hours to stay here. We were looking forward to a cozy room to stay. When we got there it was well over 80 degrees inside the room with no signs of it cooling down. We were there less than an hour and had to find a hotel to stay in for the weekend instead. It took days for management to respond and they were not understanding. Only giving us our cleaning fee back. This place would have worked if it was a cool weekend or if they had a real window AC. But it was too dangerous for our two dogs and myself being 8 months pregnant. That being said just keep in mind the weather outside before you stay here.
Manager response:
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay. We apologize that your experience in our home was not the vacation for which you had planned, which we strive to provide our guests. Please know the A/C at this home has since been inspected and in good working order. Again, we would like to apologize for this experience and thank you for allowing us to come to a resolution. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future.

This place was in a great neighborhood close to down town.
Very clean and priced just right.

This had a GREAT location, Private parking is nice, and it's not hard to find after the first time. If you plan to go downtown, you can walk to some local parks and eateries, however, I would recommend an Uber/Lyft for anything further than .5-1 mile. Super easy to get to walking trails, the hospital, and BSU. The Price was affordable and the hosts thought of nearly everything I would need. Thanks!
