Parking Notes: ***EFFECTIVE 4/18/21-7/1/21 - PARKING INFORMATION
Due to construction, the normal underground parking area nearest the Summit Hideout condo is temporarily closed between April 18th and July 1st 2021. Guests can try to find parking in the Southern section of the garage (nearest to the garage entrance) or if full, they can park in the condo complex's adjacent outside tennis court parking lot. A map is attached.
Please note, if the Southern section of the underground parking garage is full and guests need to park in the adjacent tennis court lot, we recommend that guests unload their luggage before parking and outside of the underground parking garage entrance and then follow the walking directions below.

Walking directions to the Summit Hideout condo from the Southern section of the underground garage:
Option 1 - Take the elevator up to the ground floor, exit the building, cross the courtyard, enter the North building and walk all the way through that building. Exit the North building and follow the outside path to the last unit #2806. Summit Hideout has its own outside entrance.

Option 2 - Exit the Southern section of the underground garage, walk up the small hill, enter the walking path on the right and follow it across the courtyard until you reach the North building. Enter the North building and walk all the way through that building. Exit the North building and follow the outside path to the last unit #2806. Summit Hideout has its own outside entrance.

Underground parking is available. NO parking passes are required. Vehicles may be parked in designated parking areas. Observe the no parking signs and reserved/disabled parking spaces. We loved our stay at the Summit Hideout. Beautifully decorated and very cozy, comfortable and quiet. The only noise we ever heard was the tennis court, the sound of the ball hitting the racket. The only issue we had was the 26 year old water heater decided to go out upon our arrival. VACASA's Angie was always willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. She was always professional and her plumbers were very professional and friendly too. Angie was always just a simple text message away. Even with dealing with the no hot water issue we all decided we would stay at Summit Hideout again. Location was awesome and the ability to by pass the slow traffic in downtown Ketchum was a bonus.
Manager response:
Hi Nancy, We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for providing your valuable feedback. We are sorry for any issues you encountered during your stay. Local staff is always available to assist if there are amenities in the home that fall short. We hope to have a chance to host you next time. Thank you.

We were very surprised with how open and big the space was. It felt like we were in a stand alone house. The master suite is very relaxing in so many ways.

Excellent view from the entire back part of the house and the condo had all of the amenities we needed.

The condo is at the far end of the building complex so parking in the garage will put you pretty far away from the place if you want to unload your gear. Luckily there was a spot in the back that allowed us to pull in to unload and then we re-parked afterwards.

We frequent Sun Valley often and would definitely stay here again.

This condo is so private it feels more like a standalone home. The location was very convenient and the living space was perfect for a group! Easy access to Sun Valley and a quick walk away from a large, shared hot tub.
