When days heat up, beach access, two shared heated pools (one in this complex and one indoor/outdoor pool at Tops'l Health Club), two shared hot tubs, a seasonal restaurant by the beach with a pool and its own outdoor seating, mini-golf, tennis/pickleball, and basketball courts fill each day with coastal fun. Returning to home base each evening will be a treat as well with the spacious living area boasting plush sofas and a large, 65" Smart TV, and the private balcony will be the perfect place to sip a favorite drink as the sun goes down. Sitting on the eastern end of Miramar Beach, this condo is perfectly tucked away from the hustle and bustle while still being centrally located between all of the best attractions in the area. The beach is a 400-yard walk south, so bring along your favorite bathing suits! When you need to grab a bite to eat or a few groceries, head up to Sandestin (one-and-a-half miles north) and check out the local shops and restaurants. Plus, the heart of Miramar Beach is just under three miles away as well offering even more fun for the whole gang.

Parking Notes: Guest check-in and access to TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort starts at 4:00 pm CST. Please proceed to the Guest Registration building to acquire your parking pass. Should you arrive after hours of operation, you can pick up your parking pass from the security gate at the main entrance. From there you may go to your unit and enjoy your vacation!
