A variety of restaurants and attractions are conveniently located within walking distance, including Liquid Assets, Trattoria Lombardi's, and the Ocean City Public Library. You'll also be a short drive or bus ride from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk on the south side of town and beautiful Northside Park up at 126th Street - the host of fun events throughout the year as well as a fishing/crabbing pier, an expansive playground, and peaceful walking paths.

NOTE: From Memorial Day-September 30, there is a required $30 cash payment to obtain your parking passes upon arrival. This is a firm requirement of the HOA, so please plan accordingly. There is an ATM located about a block and a half away.
Please note that the indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October.
Parking permits must be displayed at all times or the vehicle could be towed at the owner's expense. If you are arriving after hours, please go to the security office to obtain a temporary parking permit. You will be required to go to the check-in office at 9 am the next morning to get your permit. Security patrols parking early in the morning and no temporary passes will be permitted.
