Welcome to 25 Island Edge, a centrally-located, five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath townhouse that's just a short walk from the Sunset Island pools, clubhouse, and private bay-front beach. This spacious property is well-equipped and well-suited for a big family or multiple families vacationing together. You'll love the open floor-plan living room, the kitchen, and the dining area, great for relaxing and entertaining your guests. There is a quaint porch on one side and a large deck on the other, so you can open up the doors and increase your living space even more.

What's nearby:
This 37 Acre Gated Community is a private island community located on 67th Street. The condo and the community are perfect for a family to spend a relaxing week at the beach. You'll be two blocks from the ocean, restaurants, mini-golf, the OC Bus, and shops. The community amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a clubhouse, shoreline walking paths, bayside beaches, interactive fountains, and much more.

Please note, there is a building registration fee of $110, which gets you six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person, per week, and are subject to availability.

Some community amenities may not be open or available due to community COVID restrictions. Vacasa does not manage community amenities and has no control over their opening, closing, or restriction requirements.

Parking Notes: Parking permits are required at Sunset Island and you will receive the appropriate passes in your check-in packet. You will receive 3 green passes to allow you to park in the garage and parking pad only. Parking anywhere outside of the designated assigned garage space is a parking violation and subject to ticketing and towing. You must ensure that your vehicle fits completely in the space. Oversized vehicles and trailers are not permitted. Parking is strictly enforced and vehicles not abiding by rules may be subject to towing at the owner's expense. Parking permits must be displayed at all times.

Additional parking may be available for purchase for an additional $70 and at the community's discretion based on availability.

There is free side-street parking on 67th street (except red curbs) and paid municipal lots in the area.

The property/community was very nice and close to everything we wanted to do. The house was big enough so the entire family (8) had enough space and privacy, but the unit needs some work. The bathrooms were clean, but the rest of the house was very dusty and the carpets need a major cleaning. Very disappointed that the unit wasn't in better shape. The main bathroom in the hall on the 3rd floor has a shower that hardly drained and we had little ants on the main floor in the powder room and kitchen. All the A/C vents need a good cleaning too, they are covered in thick dust.

Loved the amount of rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked enough. Just wish the rugs were cleaner.

We rated this property a 3.5 out of 5.

It would be helpful to have a stocked kitchen (difficult to cut watermelon with a steak knife). All rugs require replacement or a deep cleaning - I would have left if small children were with us. The walls are excessively marked, kitchen vent dirty, and a paint refresh would be good.

Much of the above gave an initial dirty impression prompting us to re-clean all counter-tops, faucets, door knobs when we arrived.

5-7 lightbulbs were out and a toilet seat was broken. The mgmt company did send someone the next day.

Loved the back deck with nice breeze.

The house provided enough space for 2 families. It was very affordable for a weekly rental. The house needed a deep clean and needed some upkeep within the house.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The house was the perfect size for our family and the common area was a nice touch so everyone could spend the time together. The balconies were really nice on each floor although when it rained they did not have protection and one porch with leak down to the other. So we weren’t able to sit out to enjoy the weather. The location was absolutely perfect and the area of sunset islands is gorgeous. Very easy and simple walk to the beach. The bay was very nice but crowded due to the pool having limited hours. We were not aware of the limited hours before booking. We were only made aware that you had to make a reservation. Upon the time that the reservation was suggested it was already booked up. We did not get to use the pool during our stay which was one of the main reasons we chose to go there. In the house, it looked like some things were in need of attention. The Internet was not very reliable and the oven doors would not close making our meals take longer to cook. We even had to tape the door shut so that the oven could preheat correctly. All of the amenities for cooking were there which was great. The bedrooms were very clean as well as the bathrooms. The common area seemed to not be tended to that greatly. The floors were dirty and it was in need of dusting. We tried to vacuum ourselves but the vacuum that was provided did not work and had a handle that was broken. This was inconvenient as we had infants crawling on the floor. Overall, the place was equivalent to others that we have stayed at. But for the price we were expecting more. I would stay in the Sunset Village again however I am not sure I would stay in the specific apartment. If the owners did some updating and renovations it would make the place a lot more enjoyable.
