Grand County Community Recreation Center is also close by with two pools, a three-story water-slide, climbing wall, fitness center, and more, which is four miles away and accessible by bike trail. Plus, there are a plethora of cafes, restaurants, breweries, and shops within walking distance as well!

Parking Notes: Garage Doors
Please go to the website https://frasercrossingfounderspointe.pmreserve.com/ and enter code 'FCFP3' to obtain a parking pass. (You must click on the website link or type into your web browser. Copying and pasting has not worked for some owners.) There will be a $3 service fee for anyone using this site outside of ski season (normal fees apply during winter months). This is a one-time service fee and not a nightly parking fee. There is no revenue generated from this fee; it is only to cover the costs of the web service. An instruction sheet on how to navigate the website can be found here.
Owners will need to have their parking pass or barcode with them to enter and exit the parking garage. If you have lost your parking pass, please contact Cheri Corbin at email@example.com or 970-726-2801 and she can reissue one to you. This also applies to any service personnel you will be using, such as housekeepers and maintenance staff.
At the same time the garage is locked, the front lobby doors will also be locked 24/7. You will need to use your common door code to enter the lobby.
