At the heart of the park and best location to all trail heads. The shower space is really small

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. We had a little studio for 5 nights. It came equipped with a microwave and a small refrigerator no oven and no barbecue. We couldn’t really do any cooking. Fortunately we were able to borrow the barbecue of our next-door cabin to cook one thing, but we basically made due with oatmeal, fruit, nuts and and what we bought from Costco - premade food that we could heat in the microwave. You don’t need to buy any bottled water because they have a filter on all the water 😍. I do recommend bringing some paper plates for the microwave, and a kitchen knife to cut with. They supply two coffee mugs, two small bowls, two glasses, spoons and forks.
The best part about the cabin was the location. There is so much to do around the area. We hiked many of the different groves and took a drive up to Klamath to do some birdwatching and see the salmon coming into the river. At the cabin, we saw elk most of the days, and there was a lovely creek path to walk. The whole area was beautiful.
Another huge bonus was the washer and dryer we used it far more than we expected to.

This cabin is small but well kept. It is clean and the microwave oven is a plus, as there is no restaurant on the property. The location of the cabin is ideal for our trip to the Fern Canyon. Elks were spotted before sunset near the entrance. This is a room attached to a main house, there is no kitchen so all bowls and utensils had to be washed in the bathroom sink. I drove a Tesla 3 and charging port was a big reason for me to pick this cabin. Unfortunately, the charging port next to the carport wasn't functional when we arrived. We managed to charge our car across the front office with a short walk. It could be a problem if more EV was there that night. Overall, we enjoy the stay and would recommend it to others. You will have a much better experience if you think of it as glamping.
