This is a beautiful six-bedroom home in the enchanting community of St. Malo. The community is inspired by the St Malo French Normandy homes. This home is located right on the beach and has spectacular views of the ocean throughout the house. As you enter through the courtyard, you'll be welcomed by lush flowering trees. Each of the rooms has a private entrance through the courtyard. The large kitchen has been remodeled and is set up nicely for preparing family-style meals. There are five bedrooms on the main level. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, lots of sitting areas, and a balcony. On the lower level, you find a game room with a pool table, another bedroom, and a full bath. On the lower level, you can enjoy the outside patio and sitting area. The St. Malo community has many fabulous amenities including a private beach for the community, volleyball courts, tennis and paddle tennis courts, a lifeguard during the summer season, and a children's playground.

Parking Notes: This home has only outside parking on the grounds. There are several spaces available for parking in the driveway.

As all of are from the Pasadena area, we loved to read about the origin of St. Malo and its history. Many of the owners were from the Pasadena area and learned mutual friends experienced this area over the years. It is so charming.
