Redwood forests and distant blue water ocean views will fill your senses when you book your stay at this dog-friendly Sea Ranch home. Watch the stars come out as you soak the stress away in your private hot tub or make the short drive across Highway 1 to explore ocean beaches.

About five miles south of a golf lover's dream, you can play the course at the Sea Ranch Golf Links, or meander through the forested trails near your home. Surrounding you with the beauty of the Pacific Coast, this Sea Ranch retreat puts everything you'll need right at your doorstep.

Vaulted wood-beamed ceilings and a spacious layout will allow you and your guests to spread out in comfort. Relax in the leather recliner or one of the plush couches to enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace with a good book. Keep up with your favorite cable show, or make it a movie night with your favorite DVD on the flatscreen TV.

Step out on your private deck and take in the ocean views with a glass wine from nearby Annapolis Winery. After a long day of wandering along the fern-filled trails, you can ease your muscles in the bubbling hot tub. Keep the group outside when you fire up the gas grill and cook with a view! Swimming pools and tennis courts are also available at the Sea Ranch Del Mar, Ohlson, and Moonraker Recreation Centers.

In the kitchen, put out some appetizers on the breakfast bar before you get to work on the main dish. Fully stocked with everything you'll need, the kitchen is open to the main living area, allowing you to cook and be part of the action at the same time. Let the dishwasher do the dirty work so you can get back to spending time with your guests.

As the night winds down, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom home can sleep up to seven guests, but four might be more comfortable. Both rooms boast soft king-size beds. Up to two dogs are welcome to come along on the vacation.

Grab your clubs and make the quick four-mile drive to the Sea Ranch Golf Links for a scenic day of golfing. Designed to pay homage to the traditional courses in Scotland, you'll be treated to the picturesque views of the deep blue Pacific while you drive down the lush, green fairways.

Drive across the highway and explore Shell Beach and the gently crashing waves. Make a day of exploring the Sea Ranch coast and its tide pools, or simply enjoy a good book with the ocean in view. Gualala is about five miles north if you need groceries or a latte and a muffin at Trinks Cafe, or make the scenic 54-mile trip on Highway 1 to the charming village of Mendocino.

Fill your next seaside getaway with sweeping views, tranquility, and the relaxation of the hot tub's bursting bubbles at this lovely and peaceful Sea Ranch home. A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.

Parking Notes: Reservations with 1-2 guests will receive 1 parking pass (unless otherwise specified), 3+ guests will receive 2 parking pass. The Sea Ranch Association only allows 2 passes per reservation. Parking passes are for cars parked within the Sea Ranch (at the rec centers, hiking trails etc) and must be visible in the vehicles. The place is dated and in desperate need of some long overdue maintenance and a good cleaning. When I arrived I found dirty dishes in the dishwasher. one would assume that the cleaning staff would look for that. Did not see the obvious tracks that the carpets had been vacuumed. Lots of cobwebs to be found and the edge of the kitchen table looked like it had never been cleaned. In other words if you leaned against the table you would stick to it. Dog nose prints on the sliding doo that had not cleaned. No hot water in one of the showers and a towel rack that had pulled from the wall. Very disappointed. My advice is to stay away.

Manager response:
We're sorry to read housekeeping did not meet our standards while preparing this home for you and wish you had called to let us know. All maintenance and housekeeping items are getting addressed. Thank you, Brian!

Great place with a beautiful closed deck, bbq grill and jacuzzi. We traveled with our toddler and it was very nice to have a one story cottage with an enclosed back deck. We saw deer and wild turkeys. Very close to several beach trails/hikes. Only down side was that it is close to highway so traffic can be heard from master bedroom.

House was perfect for my needs. Furniture in the living room is new. Photos on the website are outdated. House is a bit dated but very comfortable and well located. Big plus for me was that it was pet friendly. I would book it again.
Marvin B. May 2021
House has a good location and is very relaxing
Brendan D. Apr 2021
Comfy place with a bit of an ocean view. Kitchen has all you need, although the knives were on the cheap end and tough to use. Ample firewood for the nice fireplace, but BYO kindling or ax to make your own. Don't get your hopes up seeing the Yahtzee box, as it was empty, but we made do with Scrabble. Lots of turkeys roaming around, my 16-month-old found them to be hilarious. Speaking of the baby, it's a good house for one, no internal steps to worry about, although there is a raised hearth that was very tempting to climb on. Also, Enaloba is Abalone spelled backwards. Took us a couple days to figure that out ;)
Manager response:
Hi, Brendan! The property manager has just seen this home updated with new furniture and cookware. The empty Yahtzee box has been removed, and we will look into replacing the knives. Thank you!

Great place for two couples or a small family. Loved the location. A nice one mile walk to a terrific beach.
Daniel J. Feb 2021
House looks better than current photos. Has new living room furniture and flooring and stove.
Great for 2 couples!

The house was so clean and the deck was nice to watch sunsets while soaking in the hot tub, and for my dog to soak up some sun safely, while turkeys and deer roamed by. Nice access to Sea Ranch trails just across Hwy 1 from the house. Well stocked kitchen with what seemed like a brand new stove/oven. Everything was thought of, and I really appreciated how clean it all was. A few people mentioned the old furnishings, which prompted me to bring a few blankets to throw over them and I felt comfy.

Perfect for a short term getaway and easy access to the wonderful bluff trail. And, we were able to watch the whales go by on their way south.

This home is a typical 1970s vacation home and retains that (some would say 'dated') flavor with old-ish kitchen tools and earth toned, comfy furniture that seems made for feet up with a good book. There are nice selections of books and games but if you want high style furniture and expect to be entertained by 1000 premium TV channels or a DVD/CD, this is not your place. I'd stayed here before and like to sit and read on the couch, go to galleries or walk the meadows and beaches. My companion did not, alas.

Beautiful scenery, lovely home. Conveniently located to where I could enjoy the peace and quiet, but also get to town for the essentials. Had a few questions, contacted Linda at the Sea Ranch Vacasa office and she was attentive and curteous, would go back.
David H. Jul 2020
Great location in sea ranch near walking trails to the beach. House has a water view and a large main room. A bit dated furniture, but who cares. Spend your time outdoors. Also the hot tub is perfect for two.
Beth Ann D. Jul 2020
Comfortable atmosphere. Nice half mile plus walk to shell beach. Only negative thing is sleeping with your windows open you hear traffic from hwy1.
Steven S. Jul 2020
Great place. Private hot tub. Turkey and deer come right up to the house!
Cynthia M. Feb 2020
The location - so peaceful. Star gazing in the hot tub in the evening was heavenly.
Bob Marie W. Sep 2019
Love the beach but it was 80degrees and hot in the cabin. Need fans to move air.
Manager response:
Thank you for the suggestion regarding air flow Bob! We passed your comments over to our local manager to review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the beach, and look forward to hosting you next time!
Arlene H. Jul 2019
We had a very nice time at Enolaba House. The location is good with slight views of the ocean. If you like a forest feel this is the house for you. Easy access to walking and town.
Susan S. Apr 2019
Quiet, clean, easy time... great views.. handy to everything
Pam A. Feb 2019
The house was clean and had everything we needed to have a very relaxing weekend. The stove was a little hokey but the kitchen was very well-equipped. Plenty of firewood for the fireplace, we did have to get some kindling which is no big deal since town is just a short distance. Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax
Kelli S. Jul 2018
The house was very nice and clean. I will definitely be back!
sharon H. Jul 2018
WE attended Yoga, and did a lot of hiking
Pat c. Jun 2018
Sea Ranch is beautiful, relaxing, ocean bluff walking, nice pool facilities with a lodge restaurant. House was ok, price better than most in area but dated and uncomfortable bed. Bbq igniter didnt work. Kitchen needed better cleaning. Deck is nice and plenty of couches.
Allison C. May 2018
I loved that there were 2 king sized beds. They were exceptionally comfortable, which is very important for our family. Also the living room was quite comfortable and nice to lounge and relax.
John K. May 2018
We loved the view, the peacefulness and the fireplace was great
Rhonda C. Apr 2018
Kitchen need more/clean items
DEANA F. Feb 2018
House tucked up on the hill out of the way Home, quiet neighborhood, lots of wildlife. Close to town and beaches. Dog Friendly A+. good wifi. Could use some updating but overall a pleasant stay.
Anne W. Jan 2018
We stayed at Enolaba for my husband's birthday and it was fabulous! The home was clean and pretty and the staff were amazing. And it is pet friendly, so we could ALL enjoy the stay.
Thank you, and we'll be back!
Janet A. Dec 2017
Great place to hang out by the fire & read. Good location, close to walking trails.
Vivlan W. Sep 2017
Very pleasant
Jennifer V. Aug 2017
Great location for a quiet get away. Spacious and comfortable. Would stay again.
Anita B. Jul 2017
Easy access to the beaches.
Audrey E. Jul 2017
I appreciate that I was able to bring my Corgi and that the street was safe for walking her. We had a nice stay. The only downside for me was the long drive to get there.
Melissa M. May 2017
This home was the perfect size for our family. The gas grill was Great! A little difficult with getting the oven to work as it is very old and no instructions on how to work it or the TV options. These are very small issues that did not have an affect on our stay at all. Very quiet area and not far from Gualala markets. Found 3 beaches very close to the home with small hikes that our 6 year old was able to manage with no issues! Plan to be back next year!!
Mary Louise F. May 2017
This is a basic but comfortable Sea Ranch home. The bed was comfortable, the wifi was excellent, and I really appreciated the ipod connection to the speakers. With lots of windows, the living room is lovely on a sunny afternoon. The highway below is blocked by trees, but you can hear the cars. There isn't even the tiniest ocean view (maybe the trees grew since some of the previous reviewers were there?). However, this house is centrally located so it only takes a few minutes (by car) to get to the beach, the forest or Gualala.
Roxanne S. Apr 2017
Me, my husband and our dogs stayed at Enobla house last week and where extremly happy with it. It was such a good deal! Cozy, well stocked and clean. We couldn't believe such a nice house would be in our budget. The furniture is a bit old and the hall carpet had a few stains so if you're looking for extra lux/perfection that may bother you but we didn't mind one bit. Master bed was extra large a comfortable and we loved all the wood... not to mention the fireplace... and the hot tub! It's right off the road which made it less than completely private (although mostly it is) and you can here the cars drive by but the upside is that it's super convenient to get to Gualala and the beaches. We did not get a chance to use the "perks" (free access to the pools and saunas!) that come INCLUDED with the already super well priced home (we didn't want to leave our dogs) but I thought that was a nice plus. It was the perfect place for our family. Highly recommend
Sandra B. Apr 2017
This house was comfortable and we loved the deer right outside the house. We watched them from the hot tub. The fireplace needed some help as it produced a lot so smoke throughout the house.
Manager response:
We are surprised to read the fireplace was smoking up the home as nobody has mentioned this as an issue before. A chimney sweep is scheduled for the end of May. Thanks!
Michale W. Apr 2017
The house and views were great.
Marvin B. Mar 2017
A good place to stay.
Owen L. Mar 2017
Nice central location for good hiking. Well equipped and well laid out so it's a really nice usable space. The equipment and furnishings are a little older but in a good way. Lovely little hot tub. Nice and quiet. Really enjoyed it here.

My first stay in Sea Ranch in over 30 years was very enjoyable, thanks to the Enolaba (abalone, backwards!) home. We got to watch deer eating in the backyard, enjoyed a short drive to the ocean, soaked in the backyard spa, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There aren't a lot of smaller, one story homes available, so this is a jewel.
Judy M. Dec 2016
house was comfortable,. loved the fireplace, but had to go to th e neighbor for matches. We felt it to be a tremendous waist of time to have to return the key back to Gualala. We left in on the table.
Derek H. Nov 2016
This is a really nice home. The hot tub was on and clean and new and working. It is a short walk down to the bluffs.

Be careful if arriving after dark, there is no street number address sign so bring a flashlight!
Sam And Erica L. Nov 2016
The house had everything we needed! We had a wonderful time! Be aware there is no internet access but we didn't mind! The only negative review we had was the carpet was pretty dingy but I guess you can expect that from a pet friendly rental. Hot tub and deck were heavenly! We had privacy but also easy access to all the beaches and trails. Definitely check out the Sea Ranch lodge for dinner one night, it was very good!
Anne V. Nov 2016
Great hot tub and very clean.
Donated Stay For Art Center D. Oct 2016
It was raining and cold when we pulled into the driveway and when we opened up the door the house was warm & inviting! Furnished with a great wood fireplace & hot tub to round out the experience. Another wonderful rainy, cozy night on the Sea Ranch coast. HUGE thanks to Vacasa and the entire team for being so welcoming!!!
Andrew G. Oct 2016
Very peaceful setting with a variety of wildlife coming through the yard at all times of the day. Perfect view of the sunset every evening. We even got to see the "green flash". Close to town and hiking trails.
Kathleen L. Oct 2016
From the very first call to Vacasa, the customer service was excellent. Maria was extremely helpful and was able to find us a reasonably price rental on very short notice. We could not have been more pleased with their customer service.
John H. Sep 2016
Good, clean, home with great access to where ever you're going.
Julian B. Aug 2016
Very clean and comfortable house, terrific views, spacious padio. The jacuzzi works well and the kitchen is fully stocked. Great place to get away from everything for a few days, but not very convenient for business or functionality--beware the lack of internet access.
Valerie A. Aug 2016
Although this house is a bit older, it was comfortable enough and we enjoyed the jacuzzi on the deck, we had an enjoyable stay.
Kathy S. Aug 2016
We enjoyed our visit!
Deborah M. May 2016
The place was actually nicer visually then photos can convey. Has 2 bedrooms with king size beds, no linens or towels, a pull out queen and sofa. Very spacious. Great location. Watch out for hidden fees (cleaning and spa) but still a good value for location!
