The first bedroom of this home is just down the hall from the kitchen and laundry room - this nautical-themed room is just next door to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. On the other side of the kitchen, guests can stroll down the second hallway to find bedrooms two and three. The second bedroom to the left features a view of the side yard and the third bedroom features a wall-mounted TV. The full bathroom down the hall features a shower/tub combination and an entrance to the pool deck for these guests. The fourth and final bedroom lies on the opposite side of the house. This extensive suite features a wall-mounted TV, a private entrance to the pool deck, and an en suite bathroom with two vanity spaces, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan.

The pool heater is available from October 1st to May 1st for a fee of $32 (plus tax) per day. Guests must book this for a minimum of three days. The pool can take up to 72 hours to fully heat and is subject to the weather. This must be requested 72 hours in advance.
