Situated on a flat double lot, this two-story family-friendly property is one of few with a lush lawn stretching all the way to the water and includes a private dock -- launch the provided paddleboards and kayak!

LIVING AREA

A smart TV takes center stage in the living area, which offers two armchairs and a sectional.

The game room has a pool table, a smart TV, and a bar.

KITCHEN & DINING

The modern kitchen comes with a full suite of upscale appliances as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Prepare meals while listening to music on the Bluetooth speaker.

Enjoy meals with a view in the dining room.

BED & BATH

The large primary suite has a king canopy bed, an armchair, and a writing desk. The spacious bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in closet, and walk-in shower.

A second bedroom has a queen bed, while a third bedroom has a queen and full-size bed. The fourth bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed.

The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Two half baths add convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Take in lake views from the wraparound balcony, which has a gas grill. Or enjoy the vistas from your screened porch, detailed with ceiling fans, twinkling lights, and a full outdoor living set.

Play yard games on the lawn or gather around the wood-burning firepit. The dock is big enough to accommodate two boats or a pontoon boat.

Picturesque Lake Lure is a dream destination for nature lovers. Chimney Rock is five miles from your door, and Lake Lure Adventure Company offers boat rentals within a 15-minute drive. Lake Lure Rental Boats offer weekly, daily and half-day rentals as well as discounts for Pinnacle Vacasa stays.Kayaks, paddleboards, and pontoon boats can be rented from a local service from Memorial Week-Thanksgiving. A discount may apply to pontoon boat rentals with your reservation.

While the Wi-Fi is not considered high-speed, it can handle streaming and HD video on devices.

Lake Lure notice: Pontoon boats and non-motorized vessels may be no longer than 28 feet. All other boats, such as ski boats, fishing boats, deck boats, etc., may be no longer than 21 feet.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: The driveway is VERY steep and 5 parking spaces are available but 2 of them are at the top of the driveway, next to the road in a gravel spot. The garage can only accommodate small cars and the parking lot itself is tight and difficult to get in and out of.
