We had a wonderful time and the property is amazing. The roof top deck was a hit in the evening! The location was a short 10 minute uber ride into Broadway and perfect for us. The communication from Vacasa regarding our trip leading up to, during, and after was reassuring. We were provided updates via text and email with very clear instructions. This property also has a large garage which I liked because most properties do not have this available. I have been to Nashville five times and would recommend this to anyone.

Conveniently located to downtown, Music Row, Centennial Park and Broadway. Nicely furnished and nice to have separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Having a garage entry was a plus especially on the few days when it rained.

We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely return when in Nashville. The home was clean from top to bottom and stocked with all of the basic essentials. I can’t think of 1 negative thing to say as everything was perfect. Will be booking again!

The location was convenient about 10 minutes from Broadway. The roof top patio had amazing views. The layout was conducive for large groups.

Great place. Lots of room and lots of stairs. Location is an easy drive to all the sites. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Our party of five (parents and adult children) spent five days/four nights in Nashville. This townhome was a good choice for our group. Plenty of space, very convenient to have rental car in garage. Rooftop deck with a great view of downtown was a big plus! It was noisy at night outdoors, but that`s to be expected in a city known for its nightlife. Overall the rental was pretty clean, but it could use an overall deep clean. Starter supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, etc.) were plenty for our stay. We were pleased and would recommend it for an adults` getaway to Nashville. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Not totally as I expected based on the pictures of the rental most likely because of the prior tenants but overall
it was good. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great stay. Only downside is the amount of steps and the king bed was too low. So just about perfect! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The pros: Beautifully decorated. Close to the main areas. Garage for parking. Great rooftop.
The cons: The kitchen and living room had ants everywhere!! We didn’t notice it when we first arrived because we were in and out. However, that night we found a massive trail of ants leading from the living room
All the way to the kitchen. There was a ton of dust near the refrigerator and under nightstands (I have pics and videos of the ants and the dirt). We had to go to the store to buy cleaning products AND ant spray. Definitely not how we imagined our stay would be. There are a lot of stairs, but we were prepared for it. If you go a few streets over, it does become a little sketchy in that area, but we were ok with it. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This home was so modern and beautifully decorated!! We had everything we could need! Great location, safe, and a 2 car garage! Rooftop patio with a view of downtown. 10 minute Uber ride to downtown. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The good: Easy to find, new build with attractive furnishings. Loved having a garage to park in. Roof top was really cool. $8 Uber to downtown. HVAC on each floor making it comfortable for all of us.

The not so good: building seems to be in a upcoming area with lots of new builds all around, but in the middle of the hood. Our friends car was broken into Saturday night. The ladies complained that there wasn’t a full length mirror anywhere in the house. The beds were very uncomfortable, so much so, that one couple used the pull out couch over the bed the last two nights. Noise... trains, planes, and automobiles! Walls were thin! The townhome next door would run up and down the stairs at all hours of the night, and we, 6 adults, mid 30’s to late 40’s kept getting text messages that we were being too loud and the neighbors kept complaining. One of which and while we were downtown and not home. Also, upon arrival, the trash cans outside were already full, so we had no where to put our garbage, so we had to stack it in the garage.

End result, we had an amazing weekend in Nashville but will probably look elsewhere next time This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

this property was perfect for us. We had 3 couples, so each had their own room and bathroom. the kitchen, living room and dining room are all on the 2nd level so you could meet and talk without disturbing others sleeping. plenty of room for all to sit and talk

Location is great. Only an uber ride away from Music Row. House was beautiful! Plenty of seating room, beds comfortable. Rooftop patio was amazing!

My only complaint would be that the housekeeper only left us ONE trash bag for the entire weekend. We had to use grocery bags for the remainder of our stay. Air vents were a bit dusty, along with some of the light fixtures, etc. However, I would totally stay here again as these were minor issues. Great stay. Decent location. Condo had all the amenities and place was very clean. Beds were comfortable, all rooms had ensuite bathrooms and the kitchen had upgraded appliances. Would definitely consider staying here again. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This was the perfect place for a girls` weekend getaway. The apartment, which is beautifully decorated, is very spacious and fit 7 of us very comfortably. Usually, photos depict a home to be much larger online than in person but this was not the case. The place is definitely much larger than it looks in photos! The rooftop patio was perfect for hanging out a little in the sun in the afternoon, and the location is so close to downtown and everything else happening in Nashville. The management company also checked in on day 3 of our stay to see if there was anything we needed (we didn`t, but the gesture was awesome). The only thing I would say was missing was maybe a few more towels in the bathrooms and the kitchen. More would have been helpful. For price, location, and size, I would definitely recommend! We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean and very nice. The beds were comfy also. We really enjoyed the roof top on the sunny day of our trip and it was an added bonus to have the cornhole game up there for us to play. We had a blast before heading to broadway. The location was close to town, but still a $20-$40 Uber ride for XL depending on the time. We wished we were a little closer for walking purposes. Also, the house has a lot of stairs for anyone that wants to avoid this. Overall, great place and great vacation with our friends! Very nice place in a convenient location. Only problem was not enough towels. Had to was every day with only six people staying. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
Karen . Sep 2018
The property is new, very clean and updated. It is off the beaten path and in a neighborhood that is under revival. Our first night was very loud, with the adjoining condo up partying with loud music all night, then the banging and yelling in the am as they were rushing to leave! After that is was quiet. We had some cable issues but that was taken care of for us.

On arriving we were pleased to see the gorgeous place we had rented. It was very nicely decorated and spacious. It had a wonderful rooftop lounging area and we were quite happy. Then the problems began. I want to remind you this place was fairly new. We went up to use two of the restrooms and the toilets were clogged. Took two calls to resolve this issue. Came back to the condo after spending the day in Nashville and the air conditioning was broke. The temperature was in the 90’s the four days we were there. Made two calls that night and a maintenance man came out and didn’t know what was wrong with it. He did buy us four big fans. He turned the issue into TurnKey Rentals and were told it would be fixed the next day. I made four calls that day and was told someone would be out between 2:00 and 4:00 to fix it and we would not need to be there. We arrived back that night at around 8:30 and it was so hot in there we could hardly stand it. Needless to say “no air conditioning.” Made two more calls and an air conditioner repair man showed up at 11:15 to fix it. Water had backed up underneath the unit and the drain plugged up and the unit shut down. He drained the water and reset everything. On the second day of our arrival the coffee pot quit working. We did receive a $155.00 credit on our stay but all of the calls I had to make were annoying. All of the people I talked to were very pleasant and helpful but I felt some of them didn’t get the cooperation they needed to accomplish their jobs.
