Perched on the seventh floor, this 3BR/3BA all-suite condo boasts million-dollar views of the Gulf with a large private balcony. South Padre Island’s pristine shoreline is just steps from your front door.

As part of the community at Suntide III, you’ll enjoy excellent on-site amenities, including indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, a sauna, tennis court, and gym.


Gather around the 55” flat-screen TV. Slide open the glass doors to the balcony and listen to the rolling waves.


Get cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Chill favorite bottles in the wine fridge at the bar.

When it’s time to eat, dine at the eight-person table or at the breakfast bar for six.


All three bedrooms are appointed with a flat-screen TV.

Find peace and quiet in the Gulf-view master suite, complete with a king bed and floor-to-ceiling windows. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The master bathroom is outfitted with widened doors to accommodate a wheelchair, while the shower is also ADA accessible.

The second bedroom is outfitted with two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is appointed with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The condo was clean and the staff were friendly...and oh those views! This condo is the perfect location for anyone looking to go out and see the island! We ventured all over and always had the convenience of being close to our home away from home to return whenever we needed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Can't wait to go back!

The condo was in very good condition. It is comparable inside to many beach houses, with the exception of the shared areas and background noise. Access to the beach was good - private/gated walkway straight to the beach made of composite decking (hot on bare feet, but great for pulling carts filled with beach supplies). Pool(s) were fine but sometimes crowded and boisterous - indoor kiddie pool was good as an escape for small children and concerned parents. Nighttime was generally quiet, but a few times there was temporary loud music which ceased abruptly after 15-20minutes. During the day, a few adjacent units received some work and the noise spilled over, but it was not so loud as to disrupt anything but a power nap. The morning sun spilled into the unit but was dimmed by opaque curtains, and the entire unit including the balcony was shaded after 12:00pm. The unit was good for family (including children), and the only issue we had was the bedrooms` TVs had to be re-programmed using the owner`s information and password(s), which we did not have. The main area TV worked fine and all the programming, as well. The tap water was not brackish at all and was fine to drink straight from the faucet. It did have a bit of a metallic taste but that was nullified by lemonade mix, tea, or a water filter/pitcher. The Blue Marlin supermarket is a block away, but check prices at CVS just north of the Blue Marlin for comparison. There is also an HEB 10 minutes away on the mainland side of the bridge. Pizza Hut delivers to the individual units within the condo. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The unit is dated like most in SPI but it is a GREAT location. The beds need replacing as they are incredibly FIRM. I would suggest the owners update the bedding and mattresses. Also the air is cold except in the master bedroom. It was tolerable but not as cold as the other rooms. Ceiling fans would go a long way in the bedrooms. There is plenty of space, everything you need is provided. I love the amount of clothes hangers included. Including beach chairs. I would recommend getting rid of the tons of decorations and kick knacks to de-clutter the unit a bit. The Foreman grill was a nice touch for grilling hotdogs and hamburgers. I did not like not having access to the pantry (was locked). We had to store our food on the counters which made it feel cluttered. Overall it was wonderful time with our family. There are never enough towels with Turnkey properties which we never received any from the on the ground team. Luckily the Suntide III staff helped us out. Suntide III Condo 706. Our family’s 15th year at South Padre Island - in fact at Suntide III. Our stay in Condo 706 was awesome. A well decorated condo that was very comfortable and fit for a large family. Another year of memories and great times to remember. The facility is well maintained.
