The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, 47in flat-screen TV, and deck access with lake views. Across the hall, the second bedroom has a full-size bed, twin-size bed with a twin trundle, and a 47in flat-screen TV. The Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the bedrooms is equipped with a heat lamp and a tub/shower combination.
A second bathroom with a walk-in shower is located on the second floor, just off the living area.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Your rental offers three decks -- one on the first floor and two on the second floor. The second-story front deck boasts seating for six, a propane Weber grill, and partial lake views through the trees.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable on all TVs, and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.
Although this home is not equipped with air conditioning, it's rarely needed in Big Bear Lake's moderate summer temperatures.
The fireplace is not operational.
Please note that the City of Big Bear Lake requires a face-to-face check-in with the property manager. The credit card and ID that was used to make the reservation must be present at check-in. Per the City, the maximum occupancy for this property is five people and two cars.
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.
