The property is located on Ocean Street and construction on the street will occur November 7, 2021 through January 13, 2022. City water and driveway access may be temporarily impacted during your stay.
On the second floor, relax in the main living area on a large leather sectional and watch favorite shows on the 55” TV. Or curl up with a good book on two comfy armchairs.
On the first floor, a second living area includes a foosball table, game table for three, and a flat-screen TV, equipped with a DVD player and Xbox.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and ample granite counter space. The island offers additional room to prepare fresh ingredients, while a kitchen bar seats two.
When it’s time to eat, gather around the table for eight.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps eight guests between four bedrooms.
On the second floor, the tranquil master bedroom has a plush king-size bed, 50” TV, and direct access to the balcony. An en-suite bathroom features a luxurious walk-in shower and a double vanity.
Located on the first floor, a second bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds, while the third guest room offers a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom has another queen-size bed.
The two guest bathrooms are each configured with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The front and back balconies extend the entire length of the house. Recline in rocking chairs and enjoy the sound of rolling waves. The back balcony provides peekaboo ocean views.
Head to the lush backyard and grill tasty meals or gather around the firepit. A babbling waterfall and a pond add to the serene setting.
