Loved this perfect, cozy cabin! Awesome value, great location, and very responsive hosts. I will definitely be returning and cannot recommend this cabin enough!

Comfortable and great access to the Ranch Cabin pool.
Alisa O. Jul 2021
We have stayed in this cabin for the past 10 years. It’s a great location, quiet community and cozy. It’s a great cabin, but it’s needing some attention. The house sleeps six, yet only 4 bowls cereal in the cabinet. We had to go buy more bowls so that everyone in our party could eat. The fridge door is missing all the railings making the shelves useless and other kitchen items are missing. Several of the lamps are broken and one of the sliding glass doors is broken and won’t close all the way. Overall we love this cabin and will most certainly return in the future but just disappointed that for the high $$$ amount you pay that the upkeep isn’t better.
Manager response:
Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Alisa. We are glad the location of our home worked well for you. We apologize for the maintenance oversights you found. Our team will look into the fridge and doors to make the necessary repairs. We hope we can have another chance to host you for a more enjoyable stay!
Marti K. Jul 2021
This is a very comfortable cabin and close to the pool. It's very clean and the extra bed in the upstairs room was nice. Would love to rent this cabin again!
Eric N. Jun 2021
Overall the house was priced great for what we got. Plenty of pans and wares to cook. I'd rent this place again
Dawn V. Jun 2021
The cabin was clean but needs some updates. Some simple changes would help. As others suggested the lighting could be better. The cords running up the sides of wall and the very old lights with broken knobs felt unsafe. There were shelves in the living room that were collecting dust and broken trinkets. These could be filled with some fun board games, puzzles and books to read. The cords from the back of the t.v, were hanging down and in disarray. This could be such a simple fix. In the picture above they looked neatly placed but not upon arrival. The outdoor patio could be more inviting with some simple string lights and a slight upgrade in furniture.

On a more positive note the place fulfills your needs. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. The access to the bike path was a plus. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cook ware. It was a bonus to have the washer and dryer. As I saw another person state that the owner needs to put a little love into the place. If we go back to Sunriver in the future I will seek different accommodations.
Manager response:
Hi Dawn, thank you for staying with us! We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback. We have shared your suggestions with the local management to carefully review and address accordingly. We hope to welcome you back in the future!

We always choose the Ranch Cabin community, because it is a great area for families. But, this cabin has many repairs that are being overlooked. We stayed in this cabin a few years ago and some of the past issues remain the same...outlets that are too loose & cannot hold plug-ins, a broken sliding door, (only) a few working lamps. In addition, there wasn't a single working smoke detector. I know this is dangerous. I believe it may be illegal? Last of all, I would take away some of the extraneous items i.e. fake plants and add something useful i.e. more teaspoons and/or family games.

We felt very comfortable in this home. We loved the option for the bunk beds for the kids. The mattress in the master was comfortable and the location was perfect. The only thing I would say was that the light fixture in the bunk beds needs attention as it's partly broken and the beds wobble a good amount. Beds were still safe and I trusted it though. Thanks for the wonderful weekend! We will be back :)
Robert B. Feb 2021
The location and setup was nice but there are some safety issues especially if you have kids. Specifically electrical code issues, there is an open/exposed electrical outlet next to the kids bunk bed (outlet is not fixed to the wall and electrical terminals are exposed). I was able to move a dresser in front of the damaged outlet to keep my little one away. There is also a good bit of non code conforming electrical stuff done for lamps ect throughout, downstairs including wire caps not in electrical boxes for a ceiling mounted lamp. Please have an electrician address these issues.
Manager response:
Hi, Robert! We are so glad you stayed with us and shared your review. Maintenance has been scheduled to check the exposed outlet and wire caps to ensure everything is safe for our guests. We hope to see you again!

Very cozy and convenient location inside Sunriver. This was our third stay here. Would recommend staying here.
Kristy G. Sep 2020
The cabin was great. Unfortunately, the heater didn't work. They brought space heaters but it didn't raise the temperature very much. Bed was comfy and the bedding was cozy and thick. Great for a get-away. Just make sure heat works right away.
Manager response:
Thank you for staying with us, Kristy! We are glad you enjoyed your getaway overall. We apologize for any trouble with the heater, and we appreciate you allowing us to refund you for the inconvenience. We are happy to report that we've replaced the furnace filter and the heat is working properly. We look forward to hosting you again!
Rosella C. Sep 2020
Nice place with lots of helpful amenities. Everything was very clean and the house is a in a convenient location. The access to tennis courts was really nice. Would definitely book again!
Alisa O. Aug 2020
This is our favorite place to stay in Sunriver. Cute, cozy and great location.
Jill D. Jul 2020
The house layout is great, and although there is no A/C, each room had a fan in the closet. Overall, I think the cleaning teams needs some coaching. There were lots of cobwebs on the chandelier and basically anyplace over 6 feet up. The bathrooms were new and clean. Great shower pressure and fluffy towels. Unfortunately, the property management company took 4 days to get the correct pool code...and eventually I had to knock on another cabin to find the correct code, because they still did not have the right information. My compensation was a dismal $50 credit. I would book again, but not for a hot summer as the loft and upper bedroom were difficult to cool.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review! We appreciate your feedback and have notified the local manager of your suggestions. We hope to host you again soon!
Rick B. May 2020
We loved our accommodation at cabin #12! Everything was clean and inviting. The kitchen was VERY well stocked. We would love to stay there again!
Leela M. Jan 2020
Sweet, cozy little cabin with a well-stocked kitchen and a fun upstairs area for our kids.
Mary E. Dec 2019
We loved the layout of the cabin, it was a small space but comfortable for a group. It was nice to be able to prepare a meal and still be able to converse with friends in the living area and dining area. Our daughter loved staying in her own room upstairs and the master bedroom downstairs was very comfortable. We stayed in the wintertime and enjoyed the proximity to the playground, SHARC, and the nature center/observatory. This cabin would be ideal in the summer as the Ranch cabin swimming pool is directly across the street and is easily bikable/walkable to the village. Will definitely be staying here again!
Dan S. Sep 2019
very nice little cabin. But the furniture and the bed were a little worn out.. But great little place..
Manager response:

We apologize if the bed comfort did not suit your needs, and we’ll pass forward your comments onto our management team for evaluation. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future!
Daniela S. Sep 2019
We enjoyed staying in this cabin. It was cozy and comfortable. It did need a good dusting though. Also I thought I read that bikes were included and there were no bikes available, but I may have read wrong.
Manager response:
We will make sure housekeeping does a thorough dusting. Bikes are not provided at this home, and we apologize if you were expecting this. We hope to see you again!
John H. Jun 2019

The natural beauty and restaurants.
John M. Apr 2018
If you're traveling with a smallish family, I highly recommend this property. It's clean, up-to-date, and close to many Sunriver attractions by bike or foot. The Ranch Cabins have their own pool, too, which wasn't open during my March stay, but I'm sure is great to have so close from May on.
Kurt N. Apr 2018
nice place for the price.
Kely V. Mar 2018
We loved this little cabin. It was cozy and plenty of beds for all the kiddos. We were pretty comfortable here and didn’t notice anything we needed that wasn’t already in the home. We will definitely be coming back for Summer fun!
Tiare H. Feb 2018
Ranch Cabin 12 has a great central location (Circle 4) that enables you to quickly hop on the bike path or take a short drive to the village. The wood-burning fireplace added extra coziness during our winter stay and there's lots of comfortable seating options in the living room. A nice big sectional, a comfy broken-in leather club chair, and a leather recliner. We brought food and cooked lots of meals in the well-equipped kitchen.
Carolyn A. Sep 2017
This home is exceptionally well stocked. I can't think of any utensil, pot or pan that wasn't available. There is plenty of room for a family and separate area where children can play while adults visit. We would definitely stay here the next time we are in Sunriver.
Ellen M. Aug 2017

Perfect location for our group, the semi private pool was a great asset and all enjoyed the biking
Rebecca B. Jul 2017

It was clean, spacious, and met our family's needs in every way.
Thank you!!!! We will definitely be coming back soon!

Lori M. Apr 2017
We loved the wood burning fireplace. It is well made, deep and comes with plenty of wood to burn.
It was a very comfortable place to recover from open heart surgery.
Kathy S. Mar 2017
We came to Sunriver to ski at Mt. Bachelor and the Nordic park. The three of us were very comfortable in this cozy cabin. Everything was in working order. We did overflow the coffee maker. May have been our fault!
Jennifer T. Feb 2017
Our family of four had a lovely relaxing long weekend in ranch cabin 12. We will be back!
Alex B. Jan 2017
Our trip plan was simple: Ski/Ride all day, evenings around the dinner table and fireplace.
We (Mom, Dad, Kids 6, 8, 13) happened upon a particularly cold ( -28F to -5F) and snowy (Powder!!!) week in Oregon, which was exactly what we came for.
Ranch Cabin 12 was a welcome home base for 6 nights and pleasure to stay in.
Ideal size for a family of 5, and very well laid out, cozy yet not cramped.
Loved the under stairwell nook with heater vent and coat hooks for drying out all the boots n clothing each evening.
Other cabins next door are close, 25/30ft away, however during our stay we did not see a soul and there's plenty of room for the kids to play outdoors, build an Igloo etc.
Spur street and driveway were ploughed daily so access was seamless.
Great quick start (gas) wood burning fireplace and ample firewood, which we used plenty of given the cold that week.
Perfect Dining area and large table.
Fully loaded kitchen, only thing missing was a crock pot, but we always bring our own on ski trips - let it cook while we ski all day, come home to a hot meal.
This property is obviously owned by people who Ski, and is meticulosly set up to cater to that sort of vacation.
I have, in the past rented vacation properties that seemed to be owned by complacent slum lords, greedily capitalizing on captive markets.
Ranch Cabin 12 was the polar opposite of that experience, I get the impression that the owners are good honest people who take great pride in this property.
I without hesitation write this positive review and would very happily rent from them again.
Kelly R. Dec 2016
This place worked out well for my family for a few days of skiing over Christmas. Kitchen is well stocked with all pots, pans, etc that you would need. Beds are comfortable, living room was cozy with the fireplace! As with most houses in Sunriver, you are quite close to the other houses but it was quiet while we were there. Would stay again!
Micah H. Dec 2016
I would highly recommend this place for a visit to Sunriver. Great location, homey, and comfortable.
Marleen W. Nov 2016
Great location, reasonable rent for size of cabin. Could use better lighting, greater detail in cleaning, and more dishes.
Darla B. Oct 2016
Donna S. Oct 2016
The home was warm and inviting. The kitchen is well supplied for food prep. We appreciated having a good supply of firewood . This was our first time in Sunriver and we look forward to returning.
Cynthia D. Sep 2016
We enjoyed our stay in Ranch Cabin 12. It was comfortable and fun for 4 people. The kitchen has been updated and was well stocked. We enjoyed our little patio and this cabin is pretty centrally located. A good choice for the price.
I had booked this home at the last minute, one day before the trip. Didn't do any research on place and home. But when we went there, we are very happy to see the surroundings and the home itself. It's clean and perfect! home has everything. Mostly we like the TV - it had all new features and all channels...we will surely come back again in future, hope the home will be available for my next trip as well.
Karen E. Sep 2016
This property was too far from the village.
