Located in the Motherlode Condominiums complex, you're 1 block from Main Street Park City, 3 blocks from the Town Lift, and close to Deer Valley ski resorts plus all the galleries, shopping, and dining attractions of downtown!

INSIDE THE TOWNHOME

The spectacular living space, with lofted ceilings and lots of natural light, is equipped with everything needed to relax after a fun day of skiing (or at the directors’ lab at Sundance), including a gas fireplace. You’ll find a full entertainment system here, including a 4K HD smart TV, apple TV, and Multi zone audio on three floors. The main living space also has access to the wonderful balcony, with views of the Town Lift (that’s how close you are!), Park Avenue, and Lower Park Avenue.

Up one flight of stairs, you’ll find the kitchen and dining area. The chef in your group will appreciate the kitchen’s butcher block island, gas range, and kitchen bar with wine fridge and seating for three. Gather for meals in the dining room, furnished with an eight-seat rustic table. An adjacent sleeper sofa adds slumber space for two guests.

You’ll find more rustic luxury in the bedrooms. The master has the same fantastic vaulted ceilings and natural light, plus a king bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and stone counters. Rest comfortably on a queen bed in the second bedroom, also equipped with a smart TV. The third bedroom, located in the basement, is a bunk room with a full-over-queen bunk bed and a smart TV. An additional sleeping space is located in the loft area, outfitted with a twin daybed and twin trundle.

THE LOCATION

Situated in the heart of Old Town, and just minutes from world-class skiing. The Town Lift is only 3 blocks away, and takes you directly to the slopes at Park City Resort. A hillside staircase takes you directly from the ski hill to the rental, as well as Main Street. Additionally, Deer Valley Resort is a 5-minute drive -- or 12 minutes by easily accessible bus.

Explore downtown Park City, featuring the famous, annual Sundance Film Festival, all of which is accessible by free festival shuttle or bus. Park City’s Main Street is only a block away, and boasts lots of great shopping and dining choices. Try some of Park City’s best sandwiches at The Back Door Delicatessen, just 2.5 blocks away. When you’re looking to spend a night out on the town there are plenty of choices within 3 minutes’ walking distance, including High West Distillery, Riverhorse on Main, and Handle.

The rental was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of place to spread out and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were all super comfortable and there were lots of TV equipment for a night in. However, the house is so close to all the great shopping, dining and town lift that you won’t be staying in the house for too long. Will definitely return to this condo next trip to Park City. Overall we had a great stay at the property. The location is perfect and the house is nicely appointed.

PROS:
-Easy walking distance to tons of restaurants on Main Street, hiking in the foothills and the Park City chair lift. You really can`t beat this location.
-The upstairs bedrooms/baths are very nicely updated
-The property is managed by a professional property rental groups, so the instructions, key-less entry, etc. are all awesome and very professionally done

CONS:
-If anyone in your party has trouble with stairs, this is probably not the property for you! There are 5 flights of stairs to navigate and you cannot get anywhere in the house without traversing multiple flights. The stairs are also very shallow in spacing, so everyone fell/tripped going up and/or down the stairs at least once and we`re all young, fit people!
-The housekeeping could use improvement. For example there were bags of garbage piled in the garage, so the garage smelled like hot garbage. Also, there was no soap or hand-soap anywhere. Some of the bathrooms had travel size shampoo provided, so we washed our hands with shampoo all weekend, not a big deal but it stood out to us as odd. What a great place and location! The layout and spaciousness made for a comfortable and fun stay for our group of seven. With two couples and three kids, having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, and some additional sleeping space, was perfect. We enjoyed the second floor deck with coffee in the mornings and loved the east walk to all the great restaurants and shopping that Park City has to offer. The house is just a couple of blocks from the Town Lift and a block from High West Distillery, the first distillery to open in UT after prohibition.
The only issue with this house is that there is only one parking spot, which is in the garage. Because the city does not allow street parking in neighborhoods without a permit, we had to park our other vehicle several blocks away in an paid parking lot, which cost us an additional $60 for three days. This was annoying, since the parking in front of the house was empty to entire time we were there. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This warm, comfortable, and roomy home is perfectly located about two blocks from the Town Lift (where we `valet` stored our ski/snowboard gear) and one block from Main Street, with many great eateries and other establishments within close walking distance. It was clean and well maintained, and the updated baths (some with heated floors) were nice features for our family of five. It sleeps many people and there was room for everyone - and then some. Having an attached garage was a huge plus so we didn`t need to search for parking on those rare occasions when we drove somewhere, such as the grocery store. We loved this property. It was more than we needed (just my wife and I needing a short getaway). Its a townhouse with 4 levels. You can park on the street in front of the building or around back in their private garage. Love the TV/living room which has a nice TV/sound system set up and best of all a nice fire that lights with gas but they provide logs for burning - it really cranks out the heat. The kitchen was all completely set up and the bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. Great shower in the master as well. All very nice for our 3 day stay. Best of all was the location! One short block and you`re on the hold historic Main Street which is our favorite part of Park City so minutes walk to very nice restaurants (our favorite was 350 Main - get the Trout!) and bars. We were three couples in Park City for a wedding and this condo fit the bill perfectly. Very close to Main Street with plenty of areas to either gather or be off by yourself. The front porch was a great place to watch the sunrise. Kitchen, supplies, etc. was all fine. Would stay here again. Spacious house just one block back from Main St and a couple of blocks to the Town Lift. Clean, well-stocked, everything in good working condition. Maintenance crew fixed a minor problem within one day. The home itself is lovely. It is great if you have 3 couples because each can have their own space and bathroom. We had a problem with the bathtub when we were leaving (the water would not turn off). This was easily addressed by the property managers. Nice to have private parking in the garage in the back and also a space up front. This was the perfect rental and could not have asked for anything better. Three couples rented this townhome while in town for a wedding over Labor Day weekend. The location was perfect, just steps off of Main Street. The unit itself was immaculate, clean and including everything we needed. If I could stay here every time I visit Park City, I would. It was a great house in a fabulous location!!! It suited our family of 6 perfectly. It`s a warm, inviting house, with plenty of space to gather as a family. It was fabulous to just walk a few yards to Main Street restaurants, shops, etc. The only complaint is that the top floor never sufficiently cooled off, while the bottom floor was freezing! This was such a great find- one block off main street. It was so easy to walk to shops and museums. We even walked to the wonderful library.:) The condo was warm and inviting, and the beds comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room for one car in a closed garage with parking for another outside. Plenty of bathrooms. We used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch and the kitchen was well stalked (except for enough cereal bowls for our group of 8). Great time! Very private.
