LIVING AREAS

An extravagant living room features tall windows, vaulted wood ceilings, and a stone hearth wood-burning fireplace. Sprawl out on the leather sofas or two plush armchairs and enjoy a movie on the 65” Samsung curved TV.

Unwind downstairs in the bonus living room equipped with a sleeper sofa, loveseat, and 70” TV with cable. Craft a beverage at the wet bar and play a game of pool at the billiards table.

KITCHEN & DINING

The master suite is outfitted with a king-size bed, armchair, a desk, and a 55” TV. The en-suite master bath features a double vanity, jetted tub, walk-in shower, and large closet.

The second bedroom has two full-size beds, a 55” TV, and en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination and closet. The third bedroom features a king-size bed, 46” TV, and direct access to the six-person sauna. A fourth bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, an additional full-size bed and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination and a closet.

The house is located up the hill from
Downtown Park City. It is nice. It will comfortably sleep two families with kids or multiple skiers. The place was clean and very nice. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Overall we had a great stay. 2 families (4 each) with plenty of space to spread out and/or be together as we pleased. Double-height ceilings a plus. Kitchen could use a remodel (stove doesnt work well, neither diahwasher), as do bedding linens, and in general the appartment. Well equipped.

Experience overall was positive, with a couple of areas of disappointment:
1) The bathroom in the non-master in the top floor was out of service during the duration of the stay. We had maintenance fix it on our 2nd day, but after 2 uses, it was broken again.

2) The SONOS audio system would have been great to utilize, but didn`t work as it was not on the WIFI network. In calling Turnkey support, they were unable to assist with this.

3) I received numerous txts on Thursday night regarding noise. However, the noise was simply dinner conversation and I found it frustrating that we kept getting disturbed and accused.

4) Upon arrival we found trash in the garage, a soda can on the stairwell and leftover shampoo/soap in one of the bathrooms from a previous guest. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great open home with huge tall cieling, comfortable place, and great amenties. Exactly 1 mile from the base of the mountain. We used fire place, Sauna, hot tub, pool table, big screen tvs. They needed counter spray and a broom to help us keep it tidy but otherwise great. Funny days in Park City!
We enjoyed the house, the city, the slopes, the fireplace and the Jacuzzi.

We gathered together from both coasts to celebrate the holiday. The house accommodated all 10 of us comfortably and was clean and well maintained. It would be nice to have larger pots and pans in the kitchen for cooking for a large crowd and directions for the multiple remotes for the TVs, many of which we couldn`t seem to work. This home was perfect for our group of 15. We didn`t have any trouble with sleeping space, and the hot tub, tvs, and pool tables were great. We went the last weekend of ski season, so the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We had no trouble getting into town via Uber. The only improvement I can comment on is that some of the components of the house (e.g., shower handle in the upstairs room with double bed, outlet cover in the pool table room near the tv stand, sink in the basement bathroom, lights in the sauna) could have been constructed better/fixed. The place is lovely, great space for a family to be together but not on top of each other. Close to downtown and yet a quiet street with great views. The house had many nice touches, was very clean and stocked enough that we could arrive with just some clothes and food. Grill, hot tub, pool table, sauna, several tv`s, fireplace, great kitchen and dining area, and more. Really enjoyed our stay here.
