THINGS TO KNOW
- This property is not equipped with air conditioning.
- This three-story duplex townhome is accessed via approximately 150 exterior steps from the parking area. While the view is worth the exercise, this rental might not be suitable for very small children or those who have trouble getting around.
- The semi-private balcony is open to the adjacent home's balcony (there is no divider between).
- This vacation rental does not provide access to a washer/dryer.
- Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
- This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is enforced/patrolled 24 hours a day (meaning even an afternoon barbecue with too many people is subject to a citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in a fine of up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the no-party policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. Quiet hours are designated from 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. and will be strictly enforced.
