- Parking notes: Unassigned parking for 1 vehicle is available. Please put the parking pass left in the unit in your vehicle for the duration of your stay. Additional parking is available on the street, and it is first come, first served. Please ensure to leave Parking Permit in unit upon departure as there is a $25 replacement fee.
The HOA at this property is very strict with parking permits and the unloading zone. Do not leave your vehicle unattended in the unloading zone as they will tow it. It is also advised to not leave your vehicle in a parking spot within the parking lot unattended until a parking permit has been put inside the vehicle.
The HOA on site does keep tabs on vehicles belonging to units and if they see that you have an extra parking pass and 2 vehicles parked in the parking lot, they will tow BOTH vehicles.
