Our home is surrounded by nature, with hiking trails nearby and skiing at Vail Ski Resort just a 5-minute drive away. And if you want to explore without having to drive, you can always hop on the free Vail bus route.

On chilly days, share warm meals at a pine wood dining table, then catch a breath of crisp mountain air on the front deck. In the evenings, snooze in one of three alpine-inspired bedrooms including a master bedroom with a sitting area and wall-mounted flat-screen.

An open-concept kitchen/dining area offers a great social space for a group. Whip up a hot meal for everyone, then bring steaming bowls to a large pine dining table that seats six. Need extra space for dinner? There’s seating for two at a kitchen breakfast bar.

A large and bright master bedroom has a plush queen-size bed and a small seating area that faces a wall-mounted HDTV. On lazy days, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy fresh coffee in front of the morning TV.

A cozy guest bedroom with pine wood accents features a queen-size bed with navy blue spreads. There’s a pinewood theme in the third bedroom, complete with a queen-size bed. Both rooms also come with an extra blanket to keep guests toasty warm on chilly nights.

Skiing fans will instantly gravitate towards the slopes of Vail Ski Resort -- just a 9-minute drive away. And right next door, you’ll find Vail Village. This quaint mountain town is home to boutique shopping, art galleries, nightlife and spas -- the ideal place to unwind après-ski or just enjoy a leisurely day off the slopes.

The dining scene in Vail Village is also seriously impressive. Gourmet restaurants sit beside casual eateries -- day or night, you’ll never be short of options. Sample the rustic flavors of northern Italy at Campo De Fiori. Good condo with everything you need. Had a solid Weber grill. Only negative aspect is the misleading fireplace, which we weren’t supposed to use despite the fact that it works and in one of the photos they show wood stacked up in the car port. The place is very nice and clean (minus the couches, they were absolutely gross). Conveniently on the bus route to the village. It is as you would expect it to be from the pictures. HOWEVER, if you stay here with more than one other person, don’t expect to take a shower within the same hour. I went back and forth with the turnkey team about this hot water tank. It produced enough hot water for about half a shower. Let me tell you how that worked out for my curly haired better half... I’m a little more handy than the average guy, so I played around with the setup to get it to work... no dice. The bad thing about it was, the setup is brand new. A basics necessity not available at this place and no way to dispatch someone out to fix the problem. I recommend getting that hot water tank out of there and installing a hot water heater. A little tidbit - be aware that the beds in the basement are going to slide all over the new floor just installed. They need replaced with real bed frames if this problem will be fixed. Our family of five had a great time in Vail during our spring break trip in March of 2019. The property was well maintained and equipped with all we needed for our vacation. It was especially nice to be able to walk to the nearest bus stop for a free ride to Vail ski resort. We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Vail in the future. My husband and I, along with two other couples, spent a week in this condo. It was perfect for us! Right off the highway and so easy to get to. The bus stop was a very short walk behind the neighboring building. The space was comfortable, we each had a bedroom and two bathrooms were great. We all agreed that with the length of our stay and number of people, we cooked almost every meal. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. Even a crockpot! It was impressively clean. The dryer didn’t seem to work great, but we just ran an extra cycle and it was fine. The internet was never usable, even though we restarted the router. This would have been a huge problem because I had work throughout the week, but we made a cell phone hotspot thankfully. We felt very much at home and peaceful here. The neighbors seemed to be mostly residents, not visitors. There is no ac, which may be uncomfortable in summer, but not a problem in early September. It was perfect with the windows cracked. Would definitely stay here again! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We had a very hard time in Vail with my son`s surgery, and it`s complications. The management team were very nice and accommodated us when we did not know when or if we were leaving. They worked with us with a last minute decisions due to my son`s condition. I was very happy with how they handled the situation. Thank you, Laura This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We enjoyed the proximity to Vail and Beaver Creek. Didn`t take advantage of the bus, but it was just a two-minute walk from the unit had we chosen to do that (service every 30 minutes).

The price for this unit was quite reasonable, and the value received was in line with the lower price. Upon check-in, we noticed there was a broken bar stool, a non-functioning hair dryer and toaster, and the upstairs shower would not heat up (the temperature control wasn`t working well). There were also lint balls on some of the linens, and an unclean washcloth in the downstairs bathroom. The management company maintained good communication via e-mail and text, and they took care of the dryer and toaster. They weren`t able to fix the shower while we were there, so we all used the shower on the lower level.

The beds were comfortable and the TV on the main level was really nice - and came with a wide variety of channels for chilling out with movies. The kitchen was reasonably stocked with appropriate utensils and plenty of dishes.

Overall, the experience was not luxurious or completely trouble-free, but was adequate. I would recommend to a friend, but only with adding the context above.

Fabulous condo for a girls weekend! Plenty of room & very spacious! It`s a 5 minute drive to City Market in West Vail that also has a liquor store. Vail village & Lionshead village is only a 5 min drive too. Be sure & eat at Sweet Basil for dinner. Reservations are best! The condo is equipped with everything you need. So grab your skis & your favorite peeps & enjoy your time in fabulous Vail!!⛷🤠🏂 This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

My family of 5 (4 adults & 1 child) stayed 4 days-great location to bus line and Vail/Lionshead, loved the 3 levels so sleep was not disturbed by others, loved having fires (wood provided) in fireplace each night, nice big table for dinners with friends kitchen well stocked with utensils and granddaughter enjoyed furnished disk for sleding. Turnkey was great! Will definately use again-EXCELLANT! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
