Lake Luxury - Walk to Goodwin Lake, Near Tulalip Casino and Outlet Malls

If you've got a big group looking for that perfect getaway, consider this spectacular 3BR/3.5BA home within walking distance of the lake. Near Tulalip Casino, the Seattle Premium Outlets, and countless outdoor activities, theres something for everyone here on Goodwin Lake.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

This beautifully updated home will keep up to eight guests comfortable and entertained for their entire stay at the lake. The main floor is an open design that includes the kitchen, dining area for six, living room, and game room with a pool table.

The kitchen is beautifully redone with stainless steel appliances, a handy island, and gorgeous tiling. The sumptuous leather couches in the living room seat six around a 45 TV with an old-school Atari.

Outside theres a giant porch with a view of the lake, a dining table that seats six, lounge chairs, and a gas BBQ grill.

Downstairs is a second bonus living area. Watch favorite shows on the small TV and turn on the gas fireplace if its cold outside. Its a perfect low-key retreat from upstairs, or you can turn it into a fourth bedroom. (Theres a hideaway bed for that purpose.)

The master suite is defined by luxury; French doors open on to a private deck with a beautiful view of the lake. Theres a large walk-in closet, fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a king-size bed. The spacious master bathroom is finished with marble and tiling, and you have your pick of the jetted tub or a separate shower.

Also upstairs are two additional guest rooms with queen-size beds, and a bathroom and a half bath to go with them.

Outside down a few steps is your access to the shared lakefront area where you can swim or fish. There are also basketball courts, too; theres no shortage of outdoor activities to keep the kids busy!

This rental includes parking for three vehicles. If guests opt to bring a boat, there will only be room for two vehicles.

Please note: Boats can only be moored at the public launch sites, not on the property.

The place was clean and mostly in good order. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the board games but not the billiards as the table had a slightly lopsided angle. The view of the snow all over the landscape was mesmerizing. We came during a heavy snowfall weekend, so we had to do some shoveling around the walkway to the door and fence. Property management had a tricky booking process - multiple steps involved that included a phone interview, mobile app forms to fill in and several webpages to click thru. We got confused with the check out time as we had asked for late check out given the snow conditions but the cleaners were at the door at 12noon. We had to scramble out in a few minutes to exit the property in the snow. Got multiple calls and text from the property management - different people, asking if we left the property. Property management sounded friendly but had strict processes which felt intimidating. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Very beautiful area and views. Quiet and relaxing. The house was not completely clean when we arrived but not bad. I asked for cleaning and they did not change the beds or did a good cleaning even the trash was left in the house. I was upset to be charged for that horrible cleaning. We really enjoyed all the water amenities provided-kayak, floaties, pool tubes, etc. The beach is lovely and perfect for small kids. It’s great the property has a fence around it to keep stray kids inside! We loved the pool table and ping pong too. We did have a couple of instances of dirty dishes in kitchen found in cupboard and old coffee grounds in coffee maker that didn’t work. (Along with one that did). There was not enough wine glasses (2), washcloths, handtowels, cereal bowls. There was an issue with the alarm system that started in the middle of the night which was disconcerting. Eventually it was resolved. Overall, it’s a very nice property with great amenities. The stocking of supplies and dishes just needs some attention. We turned off the basement fireplace because we thought we smelled natural gas. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Awesome. The cabin had everything we needed for our week long stay. We were just a little sad that our first cabin was not available. But everything was great. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
