Great log home with lots of space for multi generations or couples trip. Good beds, spacious bathrooms and functional kitchen for those that like to cook. There are two 30” ovens and a warming drawer to accommodate cooking for a group. I would definitely rent again. We had a very enjoyable family Thanksgiving.

House had plenty of space for 14, is in a great location, and is beautiful. However, Vacasa is sometimes slow to respond to emails so it is best to try and call them if there are any issues. Some hot tub service people were there without our knowledge as well. If Vacasa had some better communication about things like this it would be perfect. Overall: house is fantastic, Vacasa itself could use some work.

Our family of toddlers to seniors enjoyed this home. There is something for everyone: The guys loved the pool table and huge TVs. The women loved the well-appointed kitchen stocked with necessary things for cooking and baking. Very comfortable for multiple people to hang out but also offered smaller areas for smaller groups.
(Be sure to note that you actually CANNOT change your mind once you have booked it, We were uncertain of the number of people in our party but we understood the fine print to read that we could cancel without penalties Our numbers dwindled as we got closer, so we tried to cancel 8 weeks before arrival and would have had to pay $1800 in fees, so . . .yeh.)

The house was very spacious and great for our group of 10 (5 couples). Ample room for everyone to be in the same areas without feeling cramped and more than enough space when you wanted some quiet alone . Looks just like the pictures maybe even better. The kitchen is wonderful and a great space to socialize without cramping people who are cooking. And the island cutting table made food prep a breeze. Plenty of cookware and dishes for the large group to make meals at the house.

Great back patio with amazing views. The house itself really was perfect for the group. Location is wonderful. less than 5 minutes from Frisco Main St and well as Grocery Stores and transit center

However, there were some issues that just couldn't be overlooked
1) The hot tub was green and murky. it was reported but not corrected. several people in group were very disappointed they couldn't use hot tub after a long day on the slopes
2) Bedding- bed has no fitted sheets only a flat sheet over mattress pad then blankets and comforters. One comforter was visibly dirty (otherwise the house was spotless and very clean)
3) Beds: we don't expect new memory foam mattresses but the the master bedroom mattress is obviously worn in and it's better days are very far behind it.

We reached out to number provided in email about the bedding and hot tub issues and received a text asking what we needed a day later, but we were already halfway though stay and could make due. I never received a response to my text

Again the house was amazing, but the unusable hot tub and lack of proper bedding (both easily correctable issues) keep us from leaving a 5 star review. I'd give it 6 stars if those things weren't an issue
Manager response:
Hi, Joseph! Housekeeping has been informed of your experience with the fitted sheets, and the hot tub has been serviced. We do hope the compensation provided for these oversights shows our desire to care for our guests. Thank you!

I stayed here with a group of 10 for a week-long ski/snowboard vacation, and it exceeded all expectations. The house itself had plenty of bedrooms, was extremely clean, and we really enjoyed playing pool downstairs and watching the Super Bowl on the big screen tv. The other great feature is the huge living room upstairs with beautiful views of the mountains - perfect for coffee in the morning and enjoying the fireplace at night. There were also a lot of ancillary benefits you may not think of when booking a rental like the radiant floors in the bathrooms and the silent dishwasher that won't disturb whoever sleeps in the loft room.

Outside of the home itself, the location really can't be beat. It's 5 minutes from downtown Frisco and grocery stores, 15 - 20 mins from Breck and Keystone, 25 - 30 mins from Vail and 45 minutes from Beaver Creek. We ended up going to each, which was incredible. As someone from the Northeast, Vail is unlike any mountain I've ever snowboarded - could have stayed a week and not hit every trail, while Vail Village offers so much. After every day on the mountain, it was great to go home and decompress in the hot tub. The only thing that could put a blemish on the day is I-70. That highway can be an absolute nightmare. After Beaver Creek, it took us over 3 hours to get home as they shut down the highway, which was unreal and apparently happens somewhat regularly.

That said, we understood it was just an outlier, and we would definitely rent this home again. The communication was quick and easy with Vacasa, and this was one of the best trips I've ever had :) Thank you for letting us stay!

This house was absolutely perfect-beautiful, spotlessly clean, more than enough room for our family, and complete with amazing views! Also, when I had questions for the property managers, they responded immediately. So professional and courteous.
