Your adobe retreat is conveniently located within a 13-minute walk of the city’s cultural offerings. Explore the Santa Fe plaza, the New Mexico Museum of Art, and the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi. It’s also just down the street from the shuttle to Ski Santa Fe.

LIVING AREAS

Kick back in the nicely appointed living area, replete with stylish vigas ceilings. A sleeper sofa unfolds into a full-size bed.

The family room offers ample seating and a gas fireplace. Settle in and watch a movie on the 75” TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty meals in the spacious kitchen, equipped with plenty of counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances – including a roomy French-door fridge. Kick-start your day with a cup of coffee at the breakfast bar for two.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps up to nine guests between the three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Sleep soundly on a king-size bed in the master suite. Stream favorite shows on the 50” TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted soaking tub.

The second bedroom is appointed with a king-size bed and 32” TV, while the third bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed. The guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Out in the well-manicured yards, pick fresh fruit from the pear, apple, and cherry trees. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco.

Sip refreshing beverages in the backyard lounge. At night, roast marshmallows around the adjacent fire pit.

This was one of the best rentals we have stayed at ever. We only used one bedroom but all three were nice. Both bathrooms were good. The water pressure and hot water exceeded expectations.

The separation from the kitchen and living room kept cooking noises away from the television and other living room activities.

The backyard was really nice and suitable for pets. The fence in the front towards the neighbor was good for smaller dogs but my dog did jump over it once.

The house does need some minor maintenance. Many lights are out throughout, some wall switches need to be replaced, a valance is missing from the master bathroom window, several doors need adjusted to properly close, the main bathroom bathtub has some damage to the jet outlets, at least one temperature monitors needs a new battery, the main television has some vertical lines burned in and with no blind on the opposite wall there is significant glare during the day. The dishwasher also smells like rotten eggs when it runs.

Overall this is a very enjoyable place and with some minor maintenance it could be great.

Super cute house and great location. We went for Xmas and we’re surprised that it was all decorated for the holidays. That was nice and made it feel even more homey. It was great to be able to bring our dog and there was tons of great outdoor space for him as well as us. We had a great week, vacationing with another family. The skiers in the group hit the slopes at Ski Santa Fe, and the non-skiers were within walking distance of museums and shops in the downtown square. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. Was clean and pleasant. Good location. Had adequate starting supplies. Bed in master has a topper that was difficult to get in and out of bed as you sunk into it. Temperature was not easy to control as one side of place was cold and other side was too warm even though we tried several different settings. It would have been nice to know that the ground keepers were coming over early in the morning during our stay. This rental experience was so easy from start to finish. When we arrived at the house it was perfectly clean and welcoming, even had Fall decorations throughout the house! The amenities made us feel we were staying in a 5 star hotel! The kitchen was so well-stocked with coffee, snacks, and plenty of dishes, etc. Our most pleasant surprise was seeing how close we were to everything we wanted to do. Very easy walk to the Plaza . I wouldn’t recommend this house for more than one family as the two secondary bedrooms aren’t set up for two non-related adults. One of us had to sleep in the bunk beds. Otherwise, the house is huge and the outdoor space perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or coffee with friends! Highly recommend! Do NOT use Turnkey! Ignored communication! I was scheduled to take my family for spring break to Santa Fe, NM. Unfortunately the country was beginning to lock down from Covid-19 and I was concerned about exiting my state for fear of quarantine in place laws. I tried to contact Turnkey through various means in order to negotiate a lower rate as we would be unable to travel (by airplane) to use the house. I was willing to pay a fee for the unit based on a more `normal` rate as I was paying the much higher rate of spring break. They never even contacted me back for discussion and I did not set foot in the unit. I paid for spring break rate yet travel was nearly shut down, the santa Fe ski mountain closed down for that week, and no one traveled. If there is no demand for a VRBO-Turnkey property, the fee should be adjusted. I expected to pay- but NOT the high premium of spring break.
The most egregious action is that of not communicating and not returning contact from the various forms given in their web page. Turnkey is not community spirited and felt comfortable charging high rate in time of country emergency and risky travel as well as possibility of being stranded. Americans do not have to do business with companies who are not committed to the fair exchange of services during a national emergency. Immaculate home, great location within 1-2 mi of the best restaurants and the Plaza. Comfy beds, good linens and towels. Loved the kitchen, family room with great sectional and big TV for my guys. The back yard with so quaint, nice outdoor seating, and privacy. Very prompt response from Turnkey when we had a security lock issue. Would highly recommend!
