Cute Cottage W/ Enclosed Yard, Gas Grill & Great Location in Quiet Neighborhood

Perched above the Burke-Gilman Trail in one of Seattle’s most sought-after neighborhoods, this adorable cape cod will be the perfect home base to come back to after a full day of exploring the city. Ideally located in a peaceful neighborhood near the bustling University of Washington campus, the acclaimed University Village shopping mall, Husky stadium, access to public transportation, and a huge variety of restaurants and cafes, this private retreat is central to everything.

Little Pine has been lovingly updated with refinished oak floors, fresh bright colors, and local Pacific Northwest art. Natural light floods through the expansive windows overlooking lush gardens filled with young pine and maple trees, hydrangeas, azaleas, and fruit trees. The home offers convenient single-level living, with two comfortably sized bedrooms overlooking the private backyard. A pack-n-play is available for young ones, and a sofa bed is provided in the living room.

Enjoy cafes and restaurants within the walkable neighborhood or at the University Village just a mile and a half away, or prepare your own meals in the modern kitchen, with gourmet grocery store Metropolitan Market just steps away, featuring fresh local produce, excellent wine selection, and the best cookies in Seattle. For casual cookouts on sunny evenings, step out to the verdant and breezy backyard patio and fire up the gas grill as everyone gathers at the outdoor dining table while listening to the birds chirping and the bikers whirling by on the Burke-Gilman trail.

This well-appointed home is located in a quiet neighborhood only a few minutes walk from a grocery store. Very convenient. There's access to trails close-by and a park good for little kids. Beds and linens were comfortable! Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. Close to UW and U Village where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

The house was VERY nice and clean and came fully prepared for everything we needed! It didn't feel like I was using someone else's house it felt like my own.
Would highly recommend staying here if you have a family or large group!

The house had a nice backyard with big patio. Altogether a very nice place to stay and a good location.
