Parking Notes: PARKING GARAGE INSTRUCTIONS: The parking garage is located on Frontage Road about 100 yards east after the roundabout (after the hotel back entrance). Head down the driveway to the lower level. The lower level is for owners and guests (upper level is commercial use only). You will see signs that say "Phase 3 and Village Inn Parking." On the bottom level, there will be three spots on the far right that do NOT have "Reserved" signs. Please park in the far right spot (the other two spots are for La Bottega Restaurant and the Grappa Liquor Store, please do not park in those). Your parking pass is inside the unit (red paper).
BUILDING ENTRANCE DOOR: After you park, there is a set of brown doors on the south facing wall that lead to an entry hallway to the building. Walk down the hallway and it opens up outside to the side door entrance of the building (across from the Sebastian Hotel pool and Grappa Liquor store). If you have to get back in the hallway that leads to the garage. At the end of the hallway, there is a door to enter the garage.
TEMP PARKING/ONLOADING ZONE: To easily unload luggage/temporary parking, you are allowed 15 minutes in an unloading zone located at the Sebastian hotel next door. After the roundabout, go straight on to Vail Village Road. The Sebastian Hotel is located on the corner of Vail Village Road and Meadow Drive. Drive through the Porte-Cochere/Valet of Sebastian Hotel. Make an immediate right where there are three spots that are above ground to the very far right. ONLY PARK IN THE VERY FAR RIGHT one. You have 15 minutes to unload. The building door to Village View is on the side of the white building near this parking spot. Take the elevator up to unit #210. The parking pass must be returned before check-out.
