The condo was perfect for our family of four. Loved the view of the Blue River and spacious living/ dining area for relaxing when we weren’t skiing.

We leased the condo for a month. I found it online & compared it to several properties in the area. It met all our requirements, for skiing, & entertainment. The condo was clean & completely equipped for our needs. Every snowfall our driveway & sidewalks we're shoveled. I would recommend this condo for short-term or lengthy vacations.

The condo was new, clean and really nice. Back deck overlooks the Blue River. The only negative about our stay was that there was no hand soap or shampoo as was described in the listing and we had to run out and buy our own. The rental company was quick to apologize, however, and gave us a partial refund on our stay. Other than that, it was definitely a place I would stay again. The condo was exceptionally clean and modern. Kitchen was nicely supplied. Bathrooms were spacious and bedrooms comfortable. Living spaces were nice and decks were relaxing with the sound of the river out your back door and the view of the mountain over your shoulder. I know being in Colorado you dont have options for pools but it would be nice if there was a heated pool for relaxing after a day out or just to give kiddos something to do for a few hours.
