Central air conditioning, all appliances, bayside and oceanfront balconies. High speed lobby elevators and separate beach elevator. Most units offer free HBO and Showtime. Two bedroom, two bath vacation rental units available. Non-refundable building registration fee required. No pets, please.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: Guests may park anywhere. A non-refundable $30 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. Additional parking is available on a first come, first served basis for an additional $10 a night or $50 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Parking permits must be displayed at all times or the vehicle could be towed at the owner's expense. If you are arriving after hours, please go to the security office to obtain a temporary parking permit. You will be required to go to the check-in office at 9 am the next morning to get your permit. Security patrols parking early in the morning and no temporary passes will be permitted.
