Parking Notes: There is a strict 1 car per condo policy. There is a parking pass for the garage located in the condo. Please use one of the dry erase markers in the unit to fill out the dates of stay. The parking permit must be displayed or the HOA will boot the car. Please ensure that the pass is left in the home upon departure or a $50 fine will be charged for any lost or missing permits. Guests who break the one-car parking rule in the Base Camp Garage will be fined $500 per car and/or towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
