We loved the location and the house itself as well. The kitchen was older, but perfectly fine for a vacation stay. The upgraded bathrooms were great. The bed was extremely hard - we ended up purchasing a mattress pad a couple of days in because it was getting uncomfortable, but overall we really liked the house and want to stay there again! This is a great house! The railings on the decks are a little wobbly, so you just need to make sure people don`t lean on them. Bathrooms were updated and look great! They could use a better vacuum to clean the carpet. The one they have does not have much power or suction for carpets, it`s fine for the kitchen and bathroom floor. I used it several times... The dark carpet shows every speck. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.`

Vacuum is virtually worthless. A small investment in a decent vacuum (Shark/$250) would make it much easier to keep property clean. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.`
