The building was great, loved the convenience of luggage carts provided. The unit was clean and bright, small enough for a small group, and the view was absolutely beautiful. Taking off 1 star for Corporate Vacasa staff being generally unhelpful when we had a problem with the water heater. The local response was much better, courteous and prompt, but to be fair it took an inordinate amount of effort and frustration to find a phone number in order to get in touch with them. Though this has nothing to do with the owner or unit, I still felt it should be mentioned.

This is my second time dealing with Vacasa management and they were not helpful either times. I had received an email to add a late check out and then when I went to ask for it they said they couldn’t do it and it was just a no. Told me to have a nice day and that was it. It would be much easier to talk or message the owner directly.
