Located just steps to the beach, this two-bedroom beachfront condo has everything you need to have a perfect vacation. Whether you are visiting La Jolla for a romantic getaway, with your family, or just yourself, this is a wonderful rental.
The 850 square foot condo has been decorated to provide comfort and style. The master bedroom has a large flat screen TV and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a TV and shared bathroom. An air mattress can be provided for a small additional fee to provide extra sleeping space for one adult or two children. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The condo also boasts a 500 square foot patio with gas grill, outdoor furniture, and a private hot tub for two.
Stroll up the street to famous Prospect Avenue just a few minutes away. Hosting five-star restaurants, world class shopping, the legendary La Valencia Hotel, and the Museum of Contemporary Art, the quaint village of La Jolla offers endless options for your holiday enjoyment.
In addition to the amazing shopping and dining, the location is perfect for the outdoor activity enthusiast. You will find some of the world's most picturesque coastlines, fitness centers, and a tennis park just minutes away. Nearby ocean activities also include sea kayaks, body board and surfboard rentals, and snorkeling and scuba diving. Or, just relax on the grassy bluff which is perfect for a beach family picnic or enjoyment of an amazing La Jolla sunset.
Additional amenities for the condominium include wireless internet (WiFi), reserved parking and a separate private entrance with digital keypad.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

My family and I stayed at this condo for a week and it was absolutely lovely! It's right next to the tide pools, beaches, and seal watching. It's also close to many restaurants and shops! The property management company was super responsive to our requests as well. Would 100% stay here again!

Nice place in great location. Very clean and well kept. Second bathroom much smaller than it appears and would not be usable for extra large people. A little noisy in AM, parking NG for 2nd car, but on street parking manageable. Overall, a very nice place

We had a great trip in La Jolla, partially due to the fantastic experience with SeaBreeze. Anything we needed, they were a text away! Even stopped by to drop off extra hand soap when we ran out. Would absolutely seek out their properties for our next visit. The property was perfect and only a few steps to the beach. And you get a little ocean view from the outdoor shower or hot tub!

We really enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the condo. I liked very much that there was always someone to talk to for any questions that needed to be answered, Everyone was very kind, friendly and helpful. All issues and problems were promptly addressed. I definitely will use SeaBreeze again and will highly recommend it to others.

This beautiful condo was perfect for our wonderful La Jolla vacation. It was spotless and stocked with everything we needed during our stay and was even better than described. The beds were large and very comfortable with very nice linens. You couldn`t ask for anything more as far as the way the unit is furnished and we LOVED the outdoor patio and hot tub. The location was ideal as we were right across from a beautiful beach and we could walk a few minutes and tour around the Village. Our stay here was a very pleasant and unbeatable experience. Management was extremely helpful, promptly providing all of the answers to my requests for info. We will stay here for sure on our next trip to La Jolla.

After much deliberation and debate, we booked this condo in LJ about two weeks prior to our arrival. Upon getting there, we had some difficulty getting into the place, but the SeaBreeze staff answered out phone call and helped us in. Parking is provided, in a shared lot with two other cars, but is not marked well. The last night, someone in another unit parked in our spot bc another car was parked in theirs. We found a place on the street, but this was frustrating and could be fixed by better highlighting the spots with visible numbers for the respective units. The best part of the place is the location: steps from the beach and walking distance to numerous shops and restaurant. The owners provide two beach chairs and umbrellas which we used one afternoon at the beach. The unit had a full kitchen, which we used to eat small meals and breakfast everyday. The place was immaculate when we got there and overall clean. The hot tub was a nice addition and we used everyday and was nice and warm when the sun went down.
My only complaint is the beds: they were not comfortable. If you are used to a firm mattress, this is not the place for you, unless you can live with this, but it made my back sore.
All in all, if you are looking to stay in La Jolla, I would recommend this rental.

This location was all that was described. Very quiet and private location. The local restaurants were awesome. The weather was cloudy and windy but that made for some awesome waves. Our daughter loved the seal watching every day and we all slept great in the comfortable beds. We couldn`t get the wifi to work but just connected with the cable to the modem for the little bit of work that had to get done. Loved the video on demand for the kid shows for some downtime at night. The hot tub was very relaxing to sit in at night, daughter loved the colourful lights. We felt very secure in the property and would return again.

Enjoyed staying at the condo. Nice and modern and location is spectacular. However, without air conditioning, sleeping proved difficult. The fans helped a little, but, really, air conditioning is needed during the summer months.

Coastal walk right outside the building front door. And easy walk to shops, restaurants and museums. Beautifully furnished and well equipped kitchen. Lovely private patio, BBQ and hot tub.
