It is just a short ride to great restaurants in Dana Point and San Clemente as it is between these two seaside communities where you will find lots of restaurants and shopping. It is 30 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes to the train station.
Learning experiences abound at nearby San Juan Capistrano Mission or Dana Point Harbor Ocean Institute. Proximity to famous theme parks such as Disneyland, Knottsberry Farms, SeaWorld and The San Diego Zoo make it easy to create a memorable day’s adventure.

This property is NOT considered a Luxury property and is a comfortable beach front location priced accordingly. Beach Front properties face harsh conditions daily from the salt air and sand. We cannot guarantee the condition of the sand or the access point to the beach.
