It is right on the beach, with a variety of places to enjoy the endless views of the Pacific – from every room inside to two balconies, or the beach, on the outside.
There are no common walls, so if having peace and quiet is a priority, this is a great option. A dedicated parking space keeps things really easy too.
It is only a 5-10 minute drive to Santa Monica – so you are close to shopping and the other amenities the city offers.
This center unit can be rented with either #8 or #12 on either side of it or all three units (#8, #10 & #12) can also be rented together. In this case private decks can be shared via a door on each unit’s balcony wall that can be opened.

No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – NO EXCEPTIONS!
One needs to be able to navigate stairs to the beach and to the shared balcony.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies.
