LIVING AREA

Watch movies on the smart TV in the main living area, or chat by the glow of the gas fireplace. The family room offers another space to stream shows on a smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare hearty meals in the chef’s kitchen, fitted with sleek countertops and stainless steel appliances including two dishwashers. Four can perch at the breakfast bar. When dinner is served, the dining table seats eight.

BED & BATH

This house sleeps 14 guests between six bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and the adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower. The fourth has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom is complete with two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sixth bedroom has a queen bed. An additional guest bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Host a cookout at the outdoor living area, where a built-in gas grill and a smart TV await. Lounge seating and an outdoor kitchen make entertaining a breeze.

Dip in the pool, any time of year. In the evening, gather around the gas firepit to recall the day’s adventures. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $100 per day.

An outdoor shower is handy after fun-filled beach days.

*Pool heat is unavailable from May 1st to August 31st. Pool heat is only available from September 1st to April 31st.
