This was a super cute loft. Very nice and clean. In a central location, easy to get around anywhere in Tucson. Nice parking spot. Pictures are very representative of this space.

Loved staying in the Armory Park Loft. The house is just as pictured and is so nicely decorated! The house was a great launching point for hitting all the Tucson hot spots - downtown & 4th Avenue are super close as is U of A. This is a don't miss Sonoran Hot Dog truck - Ruiz Hot dogs - about 6 blocks away. We plan to stay here again on our next visit. My only (minor) complaints are there's no toaster in the kitchen and some backyard seating might be nice (there is outdoor seating on front porch). Thank you! See you again!

Very Clean ! Had great style, location was excellent you could walk to town. Adorable coffee shop a block away. Felt very safe. Could use instructions for the heat. We had a deep freeze while there. There are all the gear you need for cooking including coffee maker, but hit the grocery store before arrival. Cabinets are bare. Would absolutely stay there again.

We recently stayed at this property for my sons bike race which started at Armory Park. The home was beautiful, clean, modern, and inviting. We enjoyed its location and proximity to do many of Tucson’s wonderful attractions. If your looking for a beautiful home with a convenient location, this is the place. We will definitely be back.

this house is well done, modern and beautiful. It is very close to downtown and the university. We liked almost everything about it, other than it lacked a toaster, no blinds in the upstairs bedroom and no instructions on how to operate the electric blinds in the rest of the house. Even without the blinds upstairs, it had full privacy and it was not too bright unless you like to sleep in late.
