Less people traffic at this smaller condo including the beach. The view from 412 was good. The layout of 412 was perfect. Had to use some air freshener at the very beginning. Once we turned down the AC everything was all good. Would like to have an exercise room. Overall we would stay again.

Cute condo in a great location!
But, we had 4 washcloths for 3 people for 4 days. So we had to wash a load of towels every day we were there. Not my idea of a vacation.
There were no dishcloths to clean the kitchen. We used paper towels to wipe counters.
When we arrived, there was hair on the floor of the primary bathroom.
No blankets for the beds. Only sheets and decorative coverlets.
We would stay here again. But we will bring washcloths, dishcloths and blankets with us next time.

I booked this condo for a trip with my three granddaughters. The condo was spacious, clean and overlooking the beach. It was easy to book online and all needed information was sent to me in a timely manner. I would definitely book with Vacasa and this condo again.

This condo was perfect for my family of 5! Beach access, clean, indoor and outdoor pool heated and spa! Exactly what we were looking for. The only thing I’d recommend is bring blankets. The comforters are very thin and provide no warmth. Also, king bed is pretty hard to sleep on. Otherwise, great location.

The property was great. Right on the beach with easy access via an elevator. Parking was easy. The unit itself was beautiful. My only complaint was the king bed in the master bedroom.
