Any damage to the landscaping by trailers parked in off-limits areas will be charged to the offending party. RVs are not to be used on any property.

We had 5 adults in Unit A2, a 3 bdrm condo. Living room furniture looks nice but is hard on people who need lumbar support. Internet was pretty good. Kitchen was well supplied except for a tiny coffee maker, and only one teaspoon. Laundry was great. Bedroom doors squeaked badly so we oiled them. The BBQ propane was empty, which we discovered when we had steaks ready to grill, but Vacasa offered to reimburse us. They also responded very well when light bulbs needed to be replaced. It would be best though if staff checked these items when preparing the unit for the next guests. Beds were comfortable. Overall, I’d recommend this unit, and Vacasa gets my business every time I travel.

This unit has a great location for visiting Canyonlands and Arches National Parks as well as proximity to town (groceries). The house worked nice for us to sleep 7! The pool was a nice bonus, especially on those hot days.

Pros of place include good location away from Moab, nice pool, extra towels, large garage, quiet neighborhood during the week, not so much on weekends.

Unit not clean - with dust build up on appliances, blinds, and vents
Service subpar - was not given door code prior to arrival, property management entered the unit to replace coffee maker without notifying us or getting permission (which during COVID is bad form)

Clean, large, comfortable house. Kitchen is well equipped, great patio with a grill, which we used every night. Keyless check in and check out. Great view on the mountains. We enjoyed our stay very much. A little advice: invest in a new router ($50 - $80) - interned connection was good, but router needed to be rebooted a couple times per evening, Also, bed in the master bedroom needs to be adjusted, it is squeaky. Otherwise perfect. Giving 5 stars. If we ever come back to the area, wouldn’t hesitate to stay in the same townhouse.

Awesome condo and accommodations - about a 5 min drive to downtown Moab, 15 to Arches. Very affordable, great to have a secure garage for all of our gear, nice shower, kitchen, grill, BIG master bed, and a pool + hot tub about 150 yds from unit. Only glitch is the guest info packet did not have wifi info and had to call Vacasa to get that sorted out. Will definitely be coming back to Moab and will use Rim Village as standard to measure if we cannot stay here again.

This is a 3 bedroom house, with all amenities needed . However- Vacasa customer service is bad.
The house is located on a main road. Eating on the patio is noisy.
Directions to the house need to be corrected.
Only one TV out of 4 works ( vacate did not try to take care of the problem.
The place is well equipped, including the kitchen and all other parts of the house.
