The home is beautifully decorated and furnished. The bathroom showers are fantastic and decent beds. The home is very spacious and in a great location to walk to the nearby shops, beach, restaurants, and a short drive to Four Winds Casino. I would verify check in time and check out time with host prior to booking since the time on the Airbnb listing is different than the times emailed by their third party property manager and time was confirmed with host (not the time listed in Airbnb). The home wasn’t clean as I expected it to be. It’s a $300 fee and the home should have definitely been dusted , tables wiped down, etc. 2/3 pool sticks was missing a cue tip, if you plan on playing pool you should definitely confirm that the cue tips have been replaced. The backyard wasn’t clean/maintained. The chairs around the fire pit were filthy, I suggest requesting that chairs be cleaned if using the fire pit. I read a previous review before booking that the home wasn’t as clean as it should be for $300 fee. I would have thought that the review would have been reviewed and correct the the cleaning issue before our stay. Overall I would stay again as long as the cleaning issue is corrected. These things are easy fixes that would keep me coming back. We also saw a deer in the backyard during our stay so please be aware of surrounding if you have bring a pet. `This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.`

Perfect place for larger gatherings. The size of the home blew our minds. Plenty of room for everyone! We loved the unique showers, did wish the place would’ve been cleaner when we got there especially with a $300 cleaning fee. This space is wonderful!!! It’s perfect for big groups, families with babies and fur babies. The common areas are perfectly sized for families to come together but offers a lot of private spaces as well. There was 9 of us and the place still felt huge. Everything we needed was there. It has wonderful amenities we didn’t needed to get out of the house and had tons of fun!!! There was a bit of a confusion with check out time but nevertheless we will certainly stay again in this place if given a chance!
