Excellent location: close to beaches, restaurants, and shops at Coligny Beach. Owners have thought of all the necessities for kitchen and for the beach!

We loved our getaway in this spacious, clean and very comfortable condo. Slept great in the "just right" beds. The condo had plenty of room to include our daughter and two grandkids. The kitchen is roomy and very well outfitted. The screened-in porch was a nice bonus...spent lots of time out there. Two beautiful pools! The owners thought of everything to make for an enjoyable stay, including beach items and board games. Three nice-sized flatscreens were great. And the fabulous beach is a short walk away. Looking forward to staying here again to take in all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.

We stayed at Treetops 7501 for 2 weeks in early May '22, just an hour from Savannah/Hilton Head Airport. It was clean, roomy, quiet and secluded. Not the typical shotgun style condo where you can see the whole thing from front to back in one glance. The interior is updated with a roomy master bath/shower. The kitchen has modern appliances. There is an extra bedroom with a bathroom all to itself and a screened-in patio. Televisions were supplied with cable and Netflix and other streaming services. Free parking in the complex with exits to both Cordillo Parkway and South Forest Beach Road making it convenient to town and beach both. We were so close to the beach we could walk to it in just 5 minutes. The sand and surf nearby was secluded and less travelled than Coligny Beach which is also easily accessible with a 2 minute drive and free public parking. According to the natives, Hilton Head has over 300 restaurants and this condo is close to many of them. Shopping is nearby as well as live bands and the famous Park Plaza Cinema. Nearby are Publix and Piggly Wiggly markets. We'll stay here again for sure! Really makes you feel at home in Hilton Head!
