The grounds are beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the pool is refreshing. This would have been 5 stars but for several things that weren't quite right. No floor mat in the master bath makes getting out of the shower onto a tile floor precarious. The plumbing isn't secured in several places, and some cabinets are coming off their hinges. Overall we loved our time here, but next visit to Amelia Island will choose a different place to stay.

2077 is a top floor Beach Wood unit. We chose this unit for its proximity to the beach and the fact that it was dog friendly. This unit has great light given the top floor end of building configuration. Otherwise it is just like most other units in Beach Wood. The only issue we had was a slow draining shower in the master, but it was not enough of an issue to deal with maintenance. Furniture is basic, beds comfortable, kitchen equipped for basic cooking-- we spend most of our time on the beach.

Comfortable. We arrived after 5PM on Saturday and the gate staff was helpful wit directions and with seeing to it that our visitors could get in and out the complex. The unit needs a good walk of updating and kind of smelled like dog. We have travelled to pet friendly places before and not had that problem. I don`t know if we could have utilized the tram but there were no instructions that I saw about it. We never called the rental agency , so I guess that is my bad.

We were able to check in early which was very nice. The condo was clean. It took us a while to find the unit as it is not visible and on the 4th floor. The only thing we noticed is that the tub faucet in the hall bath makes a squeeling noise as though the pressure is not set right or the cartridge needs to be replaced. Otherwise, very nice!

My family and I couldn`t have been happier with our stay! We enjoyed every second and didn`t want to leave! The rental unit was just the right size for a family of 4 and had everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable! It`s a great location to the beach path, pool and amenities on the plantation. We will be back!!!!

My wife and I took our pup with us for a nice relaxing weekend getaway. We had a wonderful time at this condo. The weather did not work out on Saturday and Sunday but we still had a fantastic time. Love the open floor plan and the windows/patio. Would recommend staying at this condo.

We are snowbirds Now turned Floridians! We`ve rented on the plantation for the past 2 years. Loved the place so much that we decided to make Fernandina beach, our permanent home! The condos are beautiful Inside and well-equipped. The staff is very attentive to your needs and the best part the beach is right across the way in walking distance! The shops are lovely. Cafe Burrette iis Wonderful. The food is delicious. The cappuccinos are Awesome. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend losing Amelia rentals to serve all your needs in the future for a vacation, weekend getaway or a winter snowbird experience!
